Firstly, I was lied to for a quick commission before he left the job- the day I received my keys is when I was able to see the place (I tried seeing it before hand). I have photos and videos of everything and I'm not sure if things like the wall coming apart in every room can be fixed but I'm uncomfortable looking at it daily knowing I may be to blame when its time to move. The neighborhood is nice and my neighbors are too. The structure of the apt is poorly maintained my front door doesn't shut all the way - just a lot of poor patch work done in my apt, the flooring comes up I can hear birds under my flooring (I'm on the 3rd floor). Maintenance came out to fix one mistake I made and left an entire mess for me to clean up really sloppy work my bf did a better job at fixing the issue. Besides the up keep of the place I think its pretty okay. I seen a few roaches but that was after the pest control came out so I gave it a pass since I don't see an infestation.

My apartment is ok. Just that. My vents were painted over so my main bedroom is significantly colder than every other room. The walls are thin. You can hear everything from ppl in the hallway talking to in their apartment. Maintenance has yet to come and fix my closet doors or screens which have been damaged since I first moved in. Overall not a bad place but needs improvement.

Been living here going on 16 years. Find it to be the most satisfying environment for my needs in the community, very accessible by walking to community stores. Beautiful landscaping and very quick response to maintenance needs.

I can’t speak for all of morganproperties but,the one I currently reside at is Northwest Crossing Apartments. I haven’t had any hot water in my unit for 4days. I was scheduled to transfer to a unit that evidently wasn’t anywhere near ready for someone to transfer or move in but,was rented to me anyway. I took all the proper steps that I was told to do by the leasing office & I still don’t have a transfer date as of12/23/24,haven’t received a call or email from the office concerning my situation,Christmas is Wednesday,as of now me & my family Christmas is a disaster & knowone at Northwest Crossing Apartments cares because they’ll be home enjoying their holiday with family & I’ll still be in my unit with no hot water & or no date or information when my new unit will be ready. Come the first of the year morganproperties isn’t gonna hesitate to want there rent money from all tenants. I’m very dissatisfied with Northwest Crossing Apartments.

The ladies in the leasing office are attentive and they try to do things in a timely fashion. For the most part the apartments are clean but neighbors will do what they want so it’s a good thing they clean the buildings weekly.

Just moved in and the house was not properly cleaned. The drains don’t drain properly. Everything is completely outdated and old. The apartment didn’t even come with a microwave.

I've been living here now for almost 15 years. Love my apartment especially since I'm the only tenant to have lived in it after being rebuilt due to a fire I'm 2007. Landscaping is beautiful, maintenance is prompt and usually efficient. Love being able to get to the many stores in the community by walking.

Very quiet and nice community. Close to a whole bunch of establishments which I think is really important because you don’t have to drive long. Convenience somehow matters.

I have lived here for about 3 years. My birds and I are very happy. Located off a quaint section of road. Quiet, peaceful, clean, the neighbors are great, honest and respectful, woods close out back, with a babbling creek. Some staff are friendly and helpful though the maintenance has its issues. The apartments are old circa but considering the age they are in good shape.

It is generally good a part from people stealing other people things . If you order something online, and the the things gets delivered to your door, someone else can steal it . And that is not good

Horrible service. Maintenance just does quick fixes for everything instead of getting to the root of the problem. Walls are thin. You can hear a whole conversation in the apartments surrounding you. You can hear every footstep of the people above you.

Appliances are always breaking down and it takes forever to repair. The amenities needs to be accommodated to the residents. Some of the office staff don’t know how to talk to the residents.

The customer service is not really okay. It needs to be worked on. Also, some of the rooms are not well kept. Also, the bathroom is not well kept. The microwave in the kitchen is broken even before our arrival and it couldn’t be replaced. It’s not too good like that, anyway.

I have loved living at Northwest Crossing Apts for almost 15 years. The landscaping is well maintained and that enhances the Apts and surrounding properties. Maintenance has always been professional and timely. I appreciate the fact that I can still get around the surrounding stores by walking in spite of a mobility issue. This includes Food Lion, Walmart and the things in-between.

My neighbors are very dirty and keep putting trash and food in front of my building and none of the neighbors really get along and keep fussing all times of the nights and neighbors will lie on you and tell the rental office fake complaints if they don't like you trying to get people put out for no reason. So the apt is fine but the residents aren't.

It’s ok living here I wouldn’t say it’s the best experience. There is no pool. Everyone have a building next to them with a washer machine so you have to walk next door to wash clothes if you don’t live in the building with the washer and dryer. I’ve gotten a violation for something I didn’t do. So I’m not really a fan of living here. I’m just waiting for my lease to be up.

These apartments need to be updated. I live in an old standard apartment that needs a serious make over. The new staff they have now are very rude and they speak to you like you are beneath them.

It has been terrible!! We have experienced at least six floods since being here(two years), we have to deal with sewer water and the smell of it as well as mildew! Northwest Crossings nor Morgan Properties want to accommodate the residents or us for issues that are none of our own. Management and those in the leasing office get attitudes when asking them to do their jobs that they've been hired to do. The current management tells us that the previous management didn't leave a paper trail, but I know we've sent emails and had conversations with them expressing our complaints. This has been a terrible experience for our family
Staff is the best part about the community. Amenities are sub-par, the community is rather quiet but there is a huge rodent prob. Will not be renewing my lease !

I feel like I'm in a parent child relationship. I don't like being charged for amenities I don't use. In the summer people and kids are hanging out in the building behind the stairs and in utility rooms. There is a serious mouse problem. They need to patch holes in the foundation. Laying mice traps is not controlling the pest. The previous property manager and staff could care less about the property or it's occupants. She was never available to meet and she never returned emails. Her staff was immature and rude. The walls and floors are extremely thin. I wish we had a non carpet option. The carpet is thin and extremely cheap. The surrounding businesses and public use our dumpster. When it's time to take the trash out the dumpster is filled with furniture, wood, etc. We have a new property manager and new staff. Hoping everything will change for the better.
