Property Ratings at Northview Apartments
A nice quiet place to live. We've lived here for 8 months and really enjoy it.
There's no microwave, recycling, the internet that comes with it is super slow at 30 Mbps. The pool is only open 4 months of the year May-end of August. And management is super unfriendly and extremely rude.
Management dealt with me when I was my most crabby during pregnancy, not only did they help me transition through life events but the apartments are very luxurious and beautiful. I raised my daughter here for the first year of her life and she had many firsts in this apartment, I’m happy to have found such an amazing place!
Be ready to have your security deposit knit picked all the way down to nothing. They do not understand an apartment may have natural wear down they expect it to be new. They tried charging us for the two grains of pepper in a our closet and they charged 75$ for a 30 second whip out. which they are required to still have a cleaning company, but sounds like they’re trying to cut costs.
Only have been living here for 5 months so far and would not recommend at all. Management is horrible. You send in request for things that are broken that need fixing and they never get back to you. 75% of the people that live here stare you down and video record you doing nothing wrong. VERY poorly built, heat bill outrageous for an apartment. The amount you pay to live here is way over priced and not worth it one bit.
Management is rude. A dog that is over the weight limit lives above me, the landlord haven’t done anything about, he barks constantly and I have to call the police because I can’t even make a phone call without someone asking about the aggressive dog in the background. Dog pee and poop everywhere. Loud environment, police always here, do not move here.
My husband and I have lived here at Northview Apartments since April and are very happy living here. Management and maintenance are wonderful and very friendly, and they work hard to keep a clean, well maintained and safe building and grounds for everyone to enjoy. The amenities are many, especially the central air, which is not found in other apartment homes in our area. We enjoy all the sidewalks and trails for walking and the fact that we are close to almost everything here. We would not hesitate to recommend Northview to anyone! Gary and Linda
It’s been a great experience living here! Super clean and nice building and I love my apartment and it’s so spacious! I’ll probably live here awhile. Management is great!
The North View apartments in Sartell are very comfortable to live in and call home. They are well kept, and in a rather quiet location. They are conveniently located close to St. Cloud Technical and Community College and St. Cloud State University. Management is also very responsive and easy to contact and work with on any questions or concerns that may arise. It has been an enjoyable experience living in the North View apartments and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
