Have lived here shortly after they opened up have always been very happy here
This is a nice place. My apartment is roomy and it's a roof over my head. I do enjoy living here. There is always something going on that, if you desire to, you can be a part of the activities.
I've lived at NorthStar Georgetown since it opened and have never regretted it. Having lived at one other 55 apartment complex, there is no comparison because NorthStar is top notch and proves it by maintaining its exterior appearance, excellent maintinance service and excellent staff. Also, their extracurricular acctivities are the best even though I cannot participate in them because I have my own personal agenda and family that provides that for me.
I love living here and have always felt respected and listen to. I really like the management people and my neighbors.
I love the floor plan that I’m in is the Verbena. They’re very modern updated. The colors are very nice and I feel very at home here. At night the grounds are very well lit so I’m not afraid to walk my dog at night. I’m just happy here.

I have lived at NorthStar Georgetown since December of 2021 and I love living here. Lori, our activities director keeps coming up with creative events that keep us actively engaged with our community. Nice neighbors who look out for one another in a peaceful environment. This is the best place for me.

All in all I like living here. I have a great apartment home that I really like. The office staff are wonderful. They do as much as they can to help the residence, but their hands are tied because they have to answer to a higher boss. That does make it difficult at times.

Living in, North Star has been a great experience, especially having the activities to go to the games to do and going to the dog parks with our dogs and even if you don’t have a dog, you can go to the dog park and have a good time

I love my apartment. My dog loves this apartment. I love that he has his own yard and a dog park where he can play with his friends. I have met so many really nice people here. In my eyes improvements have been made already. I am happy to be here.

My experience at NorthStar was wonderful at the beginning (2 years ago). But the last couple of months was horrible with no solution. Smoke detectors go off and they never were fixed. I couldn’t handle the noise anymore so I broke my lease and moved out.

Northstar is a very attractive apartment complex and in the spring when we have flowers in our flowerbeds it seems to make it feel just like Home enjoy living here

Northstar Georgetown is a great place. It is an active community (you can be as active as you like) with great friendly fun residents. The staff is over the top. Always greet you, know your name and always willing to help.

Rent is high, management needs improvement, ownership needs improvement and responsibility. Activities are good, community director is good NS is attractive but requires better care, maintenance needs more improvement.

I love my apartment. The layout is well thought out. One improvement I would suggest is lower drawers in the kitchen rather than cupboards as that would be easier on backs. I hope that Northstar has a policy and procedure in place this winter for freezing and repairs. The contractors needed to wrap pipes and install a higher R insulation in the exterior walls. Lori is an amazing Lifestyle Director and Hannah is so knowledgeable. Our maintenance guys are responsive.

All the girls in the office are very helpful and the maintenance team are the best guys. As I said before, I am very happy here. When you have a request, they take care of it very quickly

Rent is high, utilities are very high. Greystar should treat long term residents (3, 3 years) with more gratitude and allow for a 20% reduction in rent, and amenities.
