Residents enjoy amazing destinations like Blue Hole Park, home to a swimming lagoon surrounded by limestone bluffs. When they want a little culture, they head to Georgetown Arts Center, located in a historic firehouse. Shopping and dining takes on a whole new charm when enjoying both in the historic town square.

I love living here, but not having an elevator for 3 weeks, also not having air conditioning for 3 days was not okay for me.
As I said before, I am very happy living here. I have made several close friends, I enjoy the activities, most people are friendly, and I would recommend Northstar to everyone.
We like living in the community, the neighbors, amenities and activities. We do recommend the community to our friends.

All in all I like living here. I have a great apartment home that I really like. The office staff are wonderful. They do as much as they can to help the residence, but their hands are tied because they have to answer to a higher boss. That does make it difficult at times.

Living in, North Star has been a great experience, especially having the activities to go to the games to do and going to the dog parks with our dogs and even if you don’t have a dog, you can go to the dog park and have a good time

My experience at NorthStar was wonderful at the beginning (2 years ago). But the last couple of months was horrible with no solution. Smoke detectors go off and they never were fixed. I couldn’t handle the noise anymore so I broke my lease and moved out.

Northstar is a very attractive apartment complex and in the spring when we have flowers in our flowerbeds it seems to make it feel just like Home enjoy living here

Rent is high, management needs improvement, ownership needs improvement and responsibility. Activities are good, community director is good NS is attractive but requires better care, maintenance needs more improvement.

I love my apartment. The layout is well thought out. One improvement I would suggest is lower drawers in the kitchen rather than cupboards as that would be easier on backs. I hope that Northstar has a policy and procedure in place this winter for freezing and repairs. The contractors needed to wrap pipes and install a higher R insulation in the exterior walls. Lori is an amazing Lifestyle Director and Hannah is so knowledgeable. Our maintenance guys are responsive.

All the girls in the office are very helpful and the maintenance team are the best guys. As I said before, I am very happy here. When you have a request, they take care of it very quickly

Rent is high, utilities are very high. Greystar should treat long term residents (3, 3 years) with more gratitude and allow for a 20% reduction in rent, and amenities.

This is a wonderful place to live. I am enjoying living here. I have met so many very nice people and I do enjoy some of the gatherings that happen here. I have suggested this place to several of my friends.

This Northstar is very engaged with its residents. There are lots of activities and opportunities to stay active and interact with other residents and the outside community. The management communicates and interacts with residents to help provide growth, corrections, and improvements to the Northstar Georgetown family homes. All the management staff has done jobs and have acted professionally to be part of our family and make this happen. Also Ramon, Sebastian, and Luis, the maintenance professionals, work very hard maintaining a clean and well-run home environment here at Northstar Georgetown. They go beyond expectations to make our homes pleasant, clean, comfortable, safe, and well-running places to live. Lori, Mindi, Hannah, Jennifer, and Amanda are cheerful, informative, loving, interested in everyone and everything, keep things rolling and going on. They bring in interesting people and performers to inform us and to entertain us often. For most of us, there’s more going on here at our NSG home than was going on in our lives when we lived in our previous homes.

What I like about my North Star apartment is that the windows are double pane, the pateos are good size and comes with an exterior closet, has a steel front and back doorand the walls are 9 feet high, the kitchen is spacious with plenty cabinets and pantry plus a large island with granite counter tops, entry closet, washer and dryer, ample shower with bars for safety, walk-in closet and utility area, bedroom next to bathroom and I like that apart from the bedroom, the rest of the apartment has (I believe) sealed vinyl flooring throughout.

People are great here. Activities are good. Rent and utilities are too high. Tenants should be treated better by owners of Northstar. This is suppose to be a gated community; however, the gates rarely work. Had major issues with the pool and hot tub in late May and early June of this year. Had another major issue with Northstar advertising free usage of our pool to non-tenants as part of attracting new tenants.
