I’ve lived here for years and I love this place. Great location. This is the only apartment in west Knoxville with reasonable rates. Lita and Lisa are great in the office. Mike in maintenance is fantastic. Very timely Best apartments in west Knoxville. Look no further.
It is a convenient location. So close to everything but a little country setting. Office staff are always courteous and professional
The fact that I don’t have to get on the highway to get everything I could need, is fantastic. Very quiet living community too. Who can beat that?
Very comfortable and accommodating place to live. Centrally located to Knoxville where everything is less than 15 minutes away. Apartments are affordable for the amount of space. Very friendly office staff!
We moved to Northshore Woods from another property and couldn’t be happier. The staff is great and very responsive when needed. The location can’t be beat for the price!! The complex layout allows complete privacy when sitting outside. The pool was refinished this year and receives sun all day. It is also never crowded and makes it feel like your own pool. Although the property is older the current team is constantly working to upgrade. We’ve lived here 3 years and couldn’t be happier.
These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here so far and will always recommend it to others.

Love living in these apartments. The office staff are very helpful and helped me find somewhere to call home when I was homeless during Covid. Very helpful with accommodations and responsive when help/maintenance is needed.
