Best Apartment and Management experience yet! Coming from a terribly managed Goldmarck property then moving to this apartment complex and management has been an amazing experience! Amazing quick communication, beautiful apartments, safe environment, and affordable rent. Management is so kind, very helpful, and personable to their residents. Left us Halloween and Christmas treats, management company cups upon moving in, and cute appreciative messages for residents. Truly amazing!! :)

Large floor plans which is nice. Definitely a pop up though, gets very loud when its windy and my windows are quite drafty despite being a new building. I've had a couple problems with the water heating but maintenance was pretty quick to fix. Wouldn't pay more for it but reasonable rent compared to other places in Bismarck.
