Property Ratings at Northpointe
Dumpsters This summer the trash by buildings 2 and 3 has been awful. People are not putting it in the dumpster and usually only use one of the trash and one of the recycling bins when there are 2 of each! We've had to walk to the other dumpsters by the tennis court because sometimes there is so much loose trash and trash bags you'd have to step on it to get to the dumpsters. The loose trash also blows into the lot and grass. It is very gross and disappointing. Not sure why it's an issue at these dumpsters and not the other area.

Looked at an apartment I went to look an apartment met with the office had a wonderful experience. The woman was very friendly. She wrote down all the prices made sure I understood everything and I will be applying. She really made me feel like I was at home there.

Dishwasher If this review is regarding my dishwasher that is not draining, and has standing water in it, as far as I can tell no one has been into do anything as there is still water in the bottom of the dishwasher.

Maintenance The Maintenance team did not resolve our issues with the apartment at first but after a report, they came back to fix the orders we initially put in quickly and effectively.

We didn't know the heaters were loud and the sirens are constant, also living on a end apartment toward the street,less privacy.

I've been a Northpointe resident now for one year and I love it. The grounds are kept very clean and so is the inside of the building. Any time I need something the rental office is very quick to respond. The location is convenient to shopping and entertainment yet it is quiet and wholesome. I haven't felt so at home in a long time. As long as they keep up the great work I will remain a resident here. Two thumbs up!
