Carrie has been a dependable and responsive manager, and I appreciate how smoothly things are run. I'm happy with my unit and really value how quiet and respectful the neighbors are. It’s been a good place to live overall.
Carrie the Manager, is a pleasant, professional, caring lady. She showed us the 2 bedroom apartment that had just been recently remodeled. Answered ALL the questions the 3 of us had. Lets us take our time looking around. It felt like HOME, even BEFORE the move in. Thank you, Carrie
It’s quiet and beautiful landscaping. The neighbors are friendly and the management is fantastic. Carrie, the property manager is so nice and very attentive to the needs of all the tenants. Any maintenance or upgrade needs are fulfilled in an impeccable time! I absolutely loved living here for the passed 5 years with my family!
Loved here with my family for about 2 yrs. Place is keep clean and any request for repairs are done quickly. Tenants are all very nice and friendly people. Enjoyed out time here
We lived there for 4 or so years. It was always super quiet and nice. When we moved out Carrie would still keep track of our mail since it took a while for some stuff to get updated. Super nice.
The apartment is very nice and all of my neighbors are quiet and friendly. The apt manager is really nice and if there is a problem she is on it. I feel really safe here.
I lived here for a year. Always clean and was a friendly community. Apartments are gated and have spacious lay out. If I didn’t have to relocate to a different city for work, I would’ve stayed! Very much enjoyed my time here and best apartments in Yuba City area!
Loved living here very clean an quiet neighbors. Lived here for 3 years never had any problems. Carrie the manager always was great an fast to fix anything we needed fix . I would highly recommend anyone to live here . I will miss it!!
Renter beware. While this is a small, usually quiet complex and nice neighbors, it appears the rules only apply to the renters. I have only been here a few months and have noticed that the landlady only abides by the rental agreement rules when it suits her. She allows family and friends to do what the other tenants aren't allowed to do. Things like back their trucks into parking spots, allow her daughter to ride her scooter and bike on walkways and has no problem with her and her friends sitting out by the pool (a public area) drinking alcohol and being so rowdy that my neighbor didn't feel comfortable taking her kids to the pool. All these are stated as not allowed in the rental agreement and the landlady has stopped other tenants from doing but apparently is ok for her. Other than that, I have found this a relatively nice complex.
