The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Northpark Commons
After the current management came in (Volunteer Properties), I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with the front office. I was at that same apartment unit for 2 years without any issues and now I wouldn’t come back there even if their rates were cut in half. The best way to describe it is a cold and unwelcoming vibe, getting passive-aggressive “warnings”, and lack of attention when there was an issue. North Park Commons is a beautiful community with a convenient commute to work and I had a lot of good memories with friends and family there, but If asked, I would never recommend it.
Management goes out of their way to ensure you have the best living experience here. I’ve never seen a manager actually go outside to pull weeds, go out of their way to help residents and quickly resolve issues or concerns as I’ve seen during my time living here. Excellent property. Excellent management, maintenance and landscaping team.
Never move here if actually care about your car being in front of your house... management is terrible to be honest, I moved out and the next month I had to pay an extra months rent after they knew I was gone, despite begging for the keys to get the unit ready for a new tenant. Oh and your deposit? Never worry about getting that back, the place must be new and spotless when you leave, you will pay for a carpet clean (no matter how clean it is) painting and more odd things so that it will be incredibly hard to get your deposit back. This place only cares about money honestly.
This apartment complex is not the one if you like to have friends or visitors over! I parked in the visitor parking near the dumpster early morning to drop the resident off at the airport. When I arrived back at Northpark Commons, my car had been towed and the property manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. The manager stated that it was my fault for parking near a full dumpster and the parking spots were not marked with numbers or "no parking". The owner was called and both him and the property manager insulted my intelligence repeatedly for parking near a full dumpster. I picked up my car at the towing service and the owner/manager refused to pay for the cost. DO NOT rent if you would like management/owners to be honest, kind, genuine people that you can rely on.
