About Northland Flats Apartments
Northland Flats is a community in Big Rapids, MI within walking distance of many many restaurants, shopping and Ferris State University. We offer two or four bedroom flats. Come view our newly designed apartments with sharp kitchen features, new cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures. Enjoy the convenience of our community with an onsite laundry facility, fitness room and also free cable, Wifi and garbage with every unit. At Northland Flats there is a $19 per person, monthly utility fee that covers water and sewer. Electric and gas are not included with the rent but are split between the tenants in each apartment. Roommate matching is available at Northland Flats to enhance your social experience too. You can choose from a 10 month or 12 month lease.
