Property Ratings at Northlake
I have been without a proper working HVAC system since September of 2023, it will be May 1, 2024 tomorrow. I had to call the city for them to come to no avail so I’m currently still without and my rent is now more for an old unit than what they’re leaving renovated units for, they’ve done renovations but they’re all aesthetic so the the walls are still paper thin and u can hear everything. when I’ve complained about noise, they didn’t even return my call as well as other maintenance requests that have gone without acknowledgement. Move somewhere else!!!

I think it is a great 1st home for young adults & newly married because it has that home feeling. We loved it.
In the few past years the quality of being a resident here has dropped. It used to be a quiet community, not anymore. It seems as though all young people are placed in this building. They are in and out all through the night cursing, fussing, loud music all through the night. The walls are super thin and you hear everything.
I would recommend , not a bad community just would encourage my friends to pay attention to what needs to be fixed.
The community is quiet, however, I do see some upkeep not being done. It is slowly going down and I hate that.
Its in a good location and has a minimal amount of disturbances.
Customer service and maintenance personnel are awesome. They are prompt
we have been a resident since 1995 and i reccomend friends and assciates to this property.

There are pro and cons. I loved the office and maintenance staff. They were very gracious. What was a problem is if you do need to leave before your lease is up, there is an early departure fee which I asked that it be waived since I was buying a home; and I would definitely not be able to pay the fee and close on my house. I knew I would not have money left to do both, and I had to close when the seller wanted to. I didn't have the choice to wait until my lease was up.

The apartment community is safe, maintained relatively well and all amenities are in close proximity
Its quiet. But I would prefer that the gates are closed at nights and residents use a card or something to enter

Overall, Northlake is a nice quiet community. The office does a nice job keeping the property clean. The only thing I dislike is that the gate is ALWAYS non functional.
The community is quiet and well kept. My neighbors are friendly and the office staff is kind. If you have any maintenance issues, they are resolved quickly.

This is a great place to live. The people who works here keep things up to par and clean, the trash could be better but I know things take time.
The General appearance of the complex is maintained. If maintenance services are required, you respond in a polite and timely manner. I have not observed people "hanging out" and no loud noise. I do have one concern, at this time, I've had to use the bathroom in the pool area and it does not appear to be kept.
Upgrade of the apartment is required. Fully carpeted apartments are outdated. Otherwise, I am comfortable and would recommend.

Northlake is a quiet place yes sometimes the resident?s guest can be disruptive and not respect the property but for the most part it?s a very nice place to live and a definite upgrade from where I moved from.
I never have issues with maintenance they are always kimd and courteous and also respectful which is important to me as a single woman with kids.
This is a small quiet, but an effective community. they get the job done and the staff is professional & friendly.

I love Northlake. It is a quiet property and Brittany in the front office is great. I know there is no "PERFECT" place to live, but Northlake is close to it.
Although the apartments are rather small, the community is quite and clean. The inside is up to date and well maintained.
This complex has all that my wife & I would need for a safe an enjoyable place to live .
I love living here, and maintenance us quick to respond most of the time and leaves the ticket. I never got the ticket saying the job was cimplete

North Lake is a safe place to live. we have been a resident for 22yrs . I have been pleased. When something needs attention the staff takes care within 24hrs. and the grounds are clean. and most of all its not noisy. I would recommend this property.
This place seems secure, family oriented, quiet and the front office was very helpful in trying to accommodate my needs.
