The staff is amazing and we have been here since 2015 and just renewed yesterday. The maintenance guys here now is great and the office ladies have been wonderful. We cant say enough great things about all the changes since they took over.
The administration of the property makes it a very bad choice for anyone.
The apartments are outdated and thrown together. The walls are so thin you can hear even phone conversations from other apartments. The maintenance will take shortcuts when it comes to fixing issues. The leasing office is never organized on top of resolving issues. The gate is an issue which is a always malfunctioning. If there is a way possible to break this lease now, I would!
Shady business practices.... old, run down apartments.. gates that never work.. unprofessional leasing Agents and Property Manager! They have very poor customer service. Save your money, you can do so much better than this dump!!!!!
Great location, super convenient to 85, 77, 485, University, Concord Mills, Davis Lake, Northlake. Somewhat older apartments but are currently being updated daily; new & modern flooring, cabinets, counters, fixtures, etc. Helpful, courteous leasing staff. Pet friendly. Decent pool area. Small but decent fitness center. Townhome style units with garages as well as standard and loft apartments with separate garages available to rent. Cons: small parking areas and spaces, shorter pool season and open hours than most communities, small areas for walking dogs, Pros: quiet, great locale, clean, security gates at main and rear entrances.
