Northgate Apartments

Management used to be great. Then the manager left. Now they have hired 2 useless people to do the job of one. They are rude and not helpful. My bathroom flooded for the second time in 3 months, I asked for monetary assistance in getting the extra laundry done. They said NO, then later said they would think about it. This was not my issue! I have had a mice issue for over a year. This new "management" team will not call an exterminator, they send over a maintenance person, who does not speak any English! I can't get into the laundry room because my key won't work. They tell me it works fine. I am tired of the poor management!

I have lived here 2 months and I am extremely happy with my apartment and the management and maintenance staff. I can appreciate the fact that any issues I have management and maintenance was able to address it after a phone call. My family will be relocating to Columbus from Delaware for work and hopefully Northgate will have an apartment available.

I’ve been a resident for over a year now and i’ve loved my time here. Never had any trouble with anything. Things like maintenance, if i did have a very minor problem they would have it fixed quickly. Great staff.

I have lived here for 10 + years. Management always there for you when needed. Wonderful about taking care of residents needs Maintenance always prompt and courteous. Love it here.

I was insulted, name called, and had profanity used about me while registering a complaint/repair request. Gas line broke and apartment management would not offer to put me up in a hotel or offer a discount on my rent. Meanwhile its January and I have no heat nor hot water. My building also has a broken front door so anyone can walk in at anytime. The glass in the door was broke for 3 months before it was fixed. This place is over priced and not worth the rent at all. Spend your $ elsewhere.

I have lived at Northgate Apartments for 11 months. The Office manager was very helpful to find the right apartment for me. She is very friendly and responds to all of my needs. The maintenance team members smile and are ready to assist in any way. One day I was even assisted with my groceries to my second floor apartment by a maintenance team member. I feel safe with the security door to the four unit building I live in. I will be renewing my lease and plan on living here for a long time. The grounds look nice and and are maintained. The inside of the apartment has a nice floor plan and a big closet!

I was reading some of the other comments left by other residents and i wanted to add some positive feedback. I have lived here almost 2 years and I have not had any issues with bugs or crime, i work 3rd shift so during the day its quite and my neighbors are respectful. The office staff and maintenance are helpful and prompt when it comes to issues that may arise. I'm glad to call Northgate my home.

The whole complex is infested and has been for a couple years now

Have lived here over 4 years......they don't fix anything in a timely manner, and if they do come to fix it, they have to come back numerous times to fix it again. Most maintenance men don't speak english, and at times u have to wait months to get big things even looked at. Only thing positive about this place is the price. U get alot for ur money, if u don't care about haveing an apartment not in working order!!!!

I have only been there a week and the place is pretty quiet. It's a well diverse place so anyone could move there. The parking can get a little over crowd at night but it's not to bad. A few of the gas and electric meters need to be replace. They're working on fixing a lot of things in the neighborhood like the roads and office. I only have one major problem my heat and a/c is not working and they already check it once. The maintenance crew need to fix it again. It's pretty average place to live plus the bathrooms are nice.
