Property Ratings at Northern Bluffs
This apartment has a list of problems garbage everywhere, flooding/moisture, etc. One of the biggest problems at this location right now is the pests especially the roaches they've basically taken over everything that it's pointless to replace anything till you move out. This has been a problem now for over 1.5-2yrs management has done the bare minimum to deal with this problem they didn't start treating this problem till earlier this year.
Roaches, noisy and untamed children, parties until the small hours of the morning, frequent police calls, poor customer service from management... I'm very glad we're moving out.
I love the location. Not happy I moved in with roaches.
This apartment I live in now is complete trash. It is infested with fruit flies, the wifi sucks, and everyone who lives here is completely rude and doesn't understand that others have work or school in the morning.

We are sorry to hear about the issues with your apartment at Northern Bluffs! We do offer a pest control service, included with rent, for anyone bothered by common household pests like fruit flies, house flies, or ants. One of the company's technician's will work directly with you when any kind of problem arises. These types of bugs can be a normal occurrence in a residence, especially in an older building, but we will always work with you to get rid of them when they show up! We removed the building Wi-Fi back in September 2016 due to constant connection issues. Tenants are now able to use any provider that they choose in their own apartment, but the building Wi-Fi unfortunately wasn't giving everyone a fast enough speed with all of the devices that now need connection. We can recommend companies in the area that offer internet services if you need it. As for the issues with your neighbors, we will always notify apartments in the building of noise issues and work with neighboring apartments to resolve any issues that arise. Please report this to the office and we will do our best to help you! Everyone who signs a lease with us agrees to a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all, and we like to try and abide by this even with everyone's differing schedules.
