I love this property, everything is pretty nice and office lady Claudia is always helpful.
management was constantly changing, with no communication to residents. unsafe living environment had homeless break into laundry room shattering glass and trying to steal washers. dumpster fires starting loud neighbors' management doesn't care at all. I had a broken AC in the summer, so they took them weeks to finish they only come around when the rent Is due don't move here!
Me and my husband just move to the Meadows apartments, The manager was really nice and helpful, we found our apartment in great conditions and very clean, we love our apartment so far, a few neighbors introduced to us when we were moving, it looks like a nice neighborhood, Couldn’t be happier with the service.
It's pretty, but they will extract every last dime out of you in the form of fees.
Not the most modern complex but clean, relatively inexpensive and most of the neglect from the past management has now been corrected. Two large courtyards each with their own pools (no hot tub), new lounge chairs,grills and even a playground.
