It's Okay for the Price
The place I stay at is in a duplex with 4 rooms, currently 2 other students stay in the house with me. It's not as loud as student housing.... The roommates are nice. The area is not the nicest but for $485 I didn't expect to be in a mansion. Overall I plan on staying here for a while, since it's cheap and safe.
