Love our place. Love the NPV team We continue to be glad we made the choice to live here. Our apartment feel like home, the grounds are clean and well-maintained and the staff is professional, friendly, and good at what they do. As long-time renters, this has been an ideal experience so far!

Quick response after hours I had to call maintenance after hours for smoke alarms that kept going off randomly. The after hours service tech was very helpful and polite despite being out twice. First around 11:00pm then at midnight. After patiently waiting several minutes, he was able to determine and replace which detector was defective and causing all the other detectors to go off.

Great staff, very friendly community, well kept up outside! Don’t have problems with anything in my apartment! Overall one of the best communities I would say!
North Pointe is a great place to live if you don't mind living a little ways from downtown/campus. The attached garages are amazing, especially during winter. The only negative thing I have to say is that you can sometimes hear the traffic from the I-80. Otherwise, the gym, the pool and the property are all amazing!
