Property Ratings at North Pointe
Property management is awful the property is a slum and if you ever put in a service request it won’t get done my building had to be fumigated for cockroaches 6 times in the 10 months I lived there
This neighbourhood is filled with dog poop everyone has a dog and does not clean the poop on the grass it’s impossible to walk to your car the people own the apartments have been notified but don’t fix it they always do bad on trying to help people who live here lately they have movies all the garbage boxes down to one spot I cannot just walk an go their I have to get my car and go very bad place to live.
we have been here 3yrs nice place if any problem comes up it is delt with quickly staff is great rob could use more helped is a good worker and he will help when ever asked. bambie takes awesome care of inside of the buildings hallways and laundry rooms we like it here one negative they need more help.
North Pointe Apartments are an older complex, but very well kept. We have lived in both one and two bedroom units here, and liked both. The buildings are solid block, so noise is very low. It helps with utilities as well. Most of the buildings are around a large courtyard full of trees and my daughter loves to run and play out there with other kids. We have a/c and gas or electric heat, dish washer, and good sized rooms. The neighbors in our hallway are very friendly and there is adequate parking. The pool is not huge, but it is very private and not usually busy so I love it. We have two washers and dryers in each building. That is convenient and usually sufficient, but they are not kept clean by people. Rents in this area are very high, and this is one of the better priced complexes. When I signed my new lease they wanted to raise my rent $50, which almost caused us to move. I am glad we could work it out, because we are happy here. It isn't elegant or full of amenities, but it is safe, quiet and comfortable.
