I’m so thankful for the management and maintenance teams here—they really are top notch! When an unexpected life event made it necessary for me to downsize from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom, Shani, the property manager, went above and beyond to help me through the transition. She was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive during a stressful time, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lona. Even when there were a few unexpected delays, she was always a calming presence. Her warm smile and helpful attitude made such a difference and reminded me why I love living here. Overall, this community has truly been a blessing. The staff care about the residents, the maintenance team is responsive, and I’m genuinely happy to call this place home.

I moved here March 1st, 2023 and I’ve had a total of 8 floods since May. The first flood happened in my bathroom and water was everywhere a piece from the toilet broke while I was sleeping I woke up to a puddle of water. The rest came from when it rained outside and the water would come through the cracks it took until a couple weeks ago for them to get a contractor out here to make sure it didn’t happen again. It takes maintenance entirely too long to arrive even after you call the emergency maintenance line by the time they come half my room is cover in water. I’ve had items damaged through out all of this. This was by far the worst place I have ever lived in!
I don’t expect everything to be perfect. I moved in the complex in March. I have put in 2 maintenance request almost every month. One is consistently for my toilet being backed up. The maintenance team won’t properly drain the toilet so it keeps getting back up. Both toilet had mold and rust when I moved in. They will not replace them. Most of the outlets in my home don’t work. I have two work orders that are both currently aging at 2 two weeks because maintenance hasn’t come yet!!!! And I called the leasing office and was told since it was not an emergency they will come when they can. It’s not worth to live somewhere where there is constantly something wrong and no one will fix anything.

This is a great community. I'm not much of a review person, because every experience for each person is different, but the office staff is great, they actually are personable and work diligently to get things done. The community is well, the people are friendly. The community has been somewhere we have called home for a few years now and look forward to another year at least. Each community is not for everyone, however, when issues take place...and that can take place anywhere, we look to see how management handles the problems and this one does an amazing job with that. They take this place as if it is there home and that is a good feeling. Oh, and certainly not lease, maintenance works hard, they are also personable, maybe can move a little quicker on certain issues, but they are like family.
