Such a great place to live great amenities, great people, and it’s closer to Downtown Carmel with so much to offer. It has a great fitness and a luxurious pool and a bakery and coffee shop.

North End is conveniently located near local restaurants, Monon Trail, Keystone Avenue, and State road 31. All of those things make North End perfectly located for me to commute to work, recreate, and enjoy a nice cold one!

A gorgeous and clean complex. I honestly love my apartment it has so many amenities, love the gym and coffee shop too! And such a friendly staff!

Loving the North End pool I’ve been gone there for three or four times now going there again. The pool is awesome whenever you need it when it’s sunny out and hot.

Truly the nicest apartments with the coolest staff! The pool now opening up, it is so fun and exciting for this summer. I love how we have a coffee shop and a baker here it is just the best environment to live in. Everyone is so nice and clean. As well as having bike storage and dog cleaning station I couldn’t ask for more from this apartment!
I have lived at North End for almost a year now and I have really enjoyed my time here. The community is beautiful and the amenities are the best of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. The location makes it convenient to get around town, walk on the Monon, or get on US31. I am thankful to call North End home!

My apartment is great and spacious. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get in both the building and apartment when it came to me having to carry in items, but aside from that I really love my new apartment.

My favorite thing is how much natural light I get with the large windows and the pantry! The floor plan was well thought out with great use of space. Kudos to the design team! The apartment staff has been nothing short of friendly and welcoming. Frankly, I’m always surprised when they address me by my name and I love how personable they are. Every one of my friends that has seen this place either in person or through FaceTime love it! Now if only I could convince them to move ?? North end is definitely the place to be! Especially if you like a modern setup with the small town feeling (think Gilmore girls lol).

The evolving community at this new mixed use location is fantastic! A terrific local coffee shop and bakery are on site, the gym has everything you need for weight lifting and cardio, and a high-end restaurant and build are in the works. It's great for those who work remote and otherwise!

Friendly and responsive building management , it’s been great meeting new people, new complex very clean. And Indie coffee roasters in my building.
North End is a great place to call home! If you are looking for a friendly community, beautiful apartments, top-notch amenities, and caring staff, look no further! There is a bakery and coffee shop on site, as well as a fitness center and clubhouse.
Modern, new, spacious, & staff is awesome! Apartment layout is great and includes washer and dryer so I don’t have to leave the convenience of my apartment to do my laundry.
Yesterday I spent my first night here. I really like it here at North End. The staff is so nice and the friends that live here are really nice and friendly.
