Apartment Reviews at Normandy Apartments
Have had many dealings with Sally (manager) and Chris (maintenance) and both have been pleasant and helpful. Hope to continue seeing both in future as Apartment complex receives more and more upgrades. Keep up the good work!
Very quite lived here for many years, friendly neighbors. Great maintenance and managing staff. Very well taken care of place to live
I lived at the Normandy apartments in the 2216 building and was very pleased with the place! New sidewalks, new porches and new parking lots and hallways cleaned weekly. When I was in financial trouble the management even worked with me on paying my rent and catching up on my bills. I don't know why someone complained but it certainly is in the minority as most people there are very happy with things.
Love living here!!!
Any time I have a maintenance issue the maintenance guys are right there with in a hour to help! Sally the manager is so nice and kind! The property is always being tend to, looks nice and feels like home! Thanks again :)
Resident Of Normandy Apartments For 40 Years
As a resident of the Normandy Apartments,I have always found the environment at Normandy to be pleasant and orderly. The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the tenants.Sally, the resident manager, goes out of her way to help all of the tenants who may have needs to be addressed. The grounds that surround Normandy are quite lovely, and work is constantly being done to enhance the outside environment. With several churches and restaurants within walking distance, with beautiful Mill Creek Park within 5 minutes reach, you cannot ask for a better place to live!
Love the Place
Haven't had any problems with the management and Sally. She has been very helpful with getting me settled in my apartment. I am so happy that they allow pets. I feel secure and safe here and the place is very clean. I agree with the other resident that the bad review must have been in retaliation to her being evicted. I would recommend this place highly to anyone who wants a clean, safe and caring environment to live.
Contrary to what a previous reviewer had to say, Normandy Apartments are well maintained and offer a safe place to live. And their manager, Sally, has been very helpful in resolving issues that arise among tenants. Management is very attentive to the needs of renters and the overall relationship between management and tenants is very positive. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a welcome place to live at reasonable cost.
Really nice place to live!
I totally disagree with the other review and I lived at Normandy, moving only because I had to take care of my mother at her place. I can guarantee you that Normandy Apartments are the cleanest of any complex around and their maintenance crew is very efficient and keep the place in great condition. Sally is a great manager and most likely the complainer was being evicted or failed to follow the rules.
