North Hills East is an extension of Panorama City’s North Hills neighborhood. It lies on the eastern side of the 405 freeway and houses a burgeoning rental market and plenty of amenities for renters. We love our big apartment enjoy management

We have lived here for over 13 years and it has been great living here this last past 4years manager is great always fallowing with tenants we all really like her I bet there's not a tenant that don't like before here our building pool was always lock since she been here she opens it for our children's and although at times some act up she'll close it for 3 days to a week which is understandable we could go to her door 24/7 she's never been careless nor disrespectful owners are pretty good they also interact with us tenants check how's everything the only bad thing we don't have cameras, bright lights to feel more safe and at time's gang members none tenant hangs around the building. Manager did mention that upfront she says she always does so later they don't complain they weren't awear of that.
