I absolutely love the area where Nomia is located! It offers easy access to Piedmont, Midtown's incredible restaurants, plenty of shops and grocery stores, and especially the High Museum. For someone like me who enjoys walking, it's surprisingly walkable for Atlanta, which is a huge plus. The amenities are fantastic—I'm especially a fan of the rooftop pool, the shared entertaining space, and the gym. My apartment is beautifully designed with stunning walk-in showers, a modern kitchen layout, and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. And did I mention the view? Instagram-worthy.

I initially moved here because I knew this building was under great care and management with Aisha. I do not know the new property manager, he has not formally introduced himself and can not speak to where the quality of this building is going. We are all on edge and nervous that this could go from luxury to lackluster under the wrong leadership. I hope my feedback is taken as constructive and changes are implemented very soon. Please address these three issues with introduction of the team, parking and towing unmarked cars, and community events.

Nomia offers beautiful views of Atlanta's skyline from the apartments. The residences are designed with efficiency in mind, topped with modern opulence. The management, leasing, and concierge professionals of Nomia is where the luxury of this property is truly solidified. To always be greeted with pleasantries and smiles from all who work at Nomia is what has made my residency here nothing short of exceptional. The level of efficiency and consideration and kindness I have received from all of the Nomia staff is what I appreciate most. I've been living at Nomia in Atlanta for a few weeks and love it! The amenities, including the brand-new gym and beautiful rooftop pool, are fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the views are stunning. I also really like the coworking space—perfect since I work from home! Plus, the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The best decision. The staff is GREAT, Victor, one of the leasing agents has just been extradionary! It feels safe, great location, stunning facility. They offered flexibility in terms of the leasing period which was crucial for me. And it truly lets you experience the best part of the city. If I go back say, in a couple years, I would try to come back here for sure

I moved in on the first day the building was open and I’ve had the best experience ever. The leasing staff is extremely welcoming and are always willing to help. I worked primarily with Jordan on my move in and she was amazing! She was very consistent with following up, she anticipated my needs and met them every time, and was just an overall pleasure to work with. The building itself is beautiful. The grounds are kept spotless and the cleaning and maintenance staff is always on it. I highly recommend Nomia. You don’t just get a place to stay… you get a community that cares.

I am moving to Atlanta from out of state and I am so excited I found Nomia. Moving sight unseen for me is a little nerve-racking, but thankfully Jordan, Victor, and Aisha have been so professional and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment home that fits my needs. I can not wait for this property to open! The location is perfect for us and within walking distance of so many restaurants and stores. Victor, Jordan, and Aisha went above and beyond to make sure we selected the perfect home to accommodate our needs. I know that for a fact we will be taken care of during our 15-month lease here. This building is going to be ABSOLUTELY gorgeous and I am so excited to move in.

Currently a Greystar resident in Midtown, they never fail to disappoint me. I've been waiting on Nomia since construction started, the property is stunning! I applied as soon as the website went live yesterday. Aisha was amazing as always. She even reached back out multiple times to make sure everything got situated and also explained everything in great detail! It's a blessing to be apart of a solid community, not every one cares. I can't wait to be one of the first residents to join Nomia!
