We love living in the north loop. Our street is quiet but if you want the noise and hustle you just walk through the tunnel! We love going out for dinner and there are so many walkable options. The apt itself is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, don’t have any complaints!

Staff and maintenance are great. They are super on top of any requests and get them done quickly. Place is always very clean and well run. Only wishes are a bigger gym with more machines and that as an apartment that faces southwest, to have a balcony or be able to open more of the windows in my living room.
I have so far loved my time here at Nolo Living. The leasing staff are communicative, friendly, and helpful. I was full of questions prior to moving in and they were always willing to answer!
Staff is quick with responses. The living area is kept clean and the amenities are great! Overall would recommend this place to all my friends and family!!
I would recommend anyone to live here! Management is incredibly kind and responsive. The location has a nice neighborhood feel (avoid the craziness of Washington Ave) but still close to everything in North Loop.
I know I’ve been praising our community a lot lately, but I still want to share how incredible the Nolo team’s work has been—especially for anyone looking into this place. Here are two great examples: We reported loud music from a neighbor late at night (around 11 PM) multiple times, and the management team handled it swiftly and effectively. I’ve noticed them holding regular meetings in the office with the property manager, leasing agents, and maintenance technicians. I don’t know how many other properties do this, but it’s such a smart way to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service.

Great location and well sized units, but constant changes in how rent and utilities are paid, additional fees (package locker, etc), and poor communication from management about changes or scheduled maintenance leave much to be desired about this apartment building.

What else can I say. I'm 55 years old, I've owned and rented. This is the best place I've ever lived. Very cool neighborhood with lots of things to do but also nice and quiet. The perfect location, just footsteps from the bustling Washington Avenue lined with restaurants and bars. The property is immaculately clean and the management is stellar. I'm never moving. :)

I love living here but the internet going out about once a week is incredibly frustrating. Working from home is almost impossible because I know at any minute my internet could go out. Each time this happens we get an email letting us know it is on US Internet which I understand, but at this point it’s frustrating we still use them as an Internet provider.

the community is beautiful and the apartments are gorgeous, they're decently priced compared to the other apartments in the area. its good for someone who hasn’t rented before they make renting very easy, you easily can pay online and see everything for your apartment and unit online, its convenient.

Nice modern apartments, very spacious and on a quiet street. The only problem is there are times my assigned parking spot is taken and I'm not allowed to call a tow truck unless its during biz hours and I get approval.

Fast maintenance so far, clean and quiet building. Apartment is very nice, love the high ceilings. Biggest downside is that the internet has been in and out constantly, and you can't opt out of the monthly internet payment. It's fast enough when it's working but seems like there's been issues every two weeks since we moved in. Otherwise, great location, amenities are good and clean if not "wow", and the apartments feel very spacious. Would love more community events to meet people.

I've enjoyed my time at Soltva! I spent 3 years in my apartment and absolutely loved the location. Nothing beats the North Loop neighborhood. The apartment itself was perfect for me and my two pets, and I found the management company pleasant and helpful. Apart from the wallpaper in the lobby (a pretty superficial complaint) I have nothing bad to say!

Quiet Area, Cleaning Lady is amazing i have gotten to know her while ive stayed at nolo and she is phenomenal and does excellent with cleaning, such a sweet soul. Brooke is helpful and has quick solutions to problems. Apartment itself is gorgeous and im glad i moved here

Have live here a bit over 2 years and loved this place. Maintenance is quick and it’ s an overall quiet building. No issues with packages. However I did receive an email recently that we’ll be charged if we don’t pick up our luxer packages or also charged if we don’t sign up. Never heard of an apartment charging it’s residents for that, hopefully this isn’t the start of these apartments trying to get every penny out of its residents but I assume that’s the way it’s moving so keep an eye out.

Just moved recently to North Loop Living & it has been an amazing decision. The moving process was incredibly smooth & easy from locating a floorplan all the way to unloading my furniture & getting fully settled. I've found the mgmt property (especially Gwendolyn & Bianca) to be responsive, helpful, and very kind. Would recommend for anyone new to area looking for an easy process while moving.

Overall I have enjoyed living at Solhavn for the past two years. Our room itself is great for the price. There are not a whole lot of amenities but it’s a great building on a quiet street while still being close to everything in Northloop.

Upstairs neighbors stomp around constantly. Beyond that, the complex is clean, the rooftop is nice and so is the view of downtown. The parking garage mechanism is fine if you have an SUV/Truck but not the best if you have a lower sedan style body as you have to really stretch to reach. The neighborhood is the best selling point TBH

It is great to be living at Solhavn! All the amenities are great, the maintenance is very reactive and whenever we have a question or a problem, it is being taken care of right away.

calm area, good energy it’s a nice community and it’s really nice to get off of work and be in a nice area, it’s not too much traffic in North Loop but the parking isn’t so good

I have LOVED living at the Solhavn apartments! I get so many compliments on not only my unit but the building as a whole. The rooftop is my favorite because you can see the Minneapolis skyline. Highly recommend this building!

Great neighborhood, great building. The people is quiet and respectful. I like the rooftop. It has a gym and a yoga room, I am missing some private space to rent in the common space but I guess that you can rent the other spaces in the other two buildings that the community has so is not that terrible.

Affordable compared to other buildings in the area. GREAT location. Close to Washington & everything that the North Loop offers. Also close to the river for walking and biking trails. It’s only one street removed from Washington, yet it’s much quieter and has a more “neighborhood” feel.

I've been here for six months and have loved it. The apartment itself is in excellent condition and the communication from management has exceeded my expectations. I placed one service request and maintenance came by the next day. Location is great. There's been a few instances were water would need to be shut off for a while or cars would need to be removed from the garage for maintenance which is never great, but I understand it is necessary. And management has usually given adequate warning. Hallways and common areas are cleaned regularly. I was frustrated when upon touring and showing interest in applying I requested a complete list of charges, both up front and monthly, but the list I got wasn't comprehensive. It wasn't until signing the lease I learned about the pest fee and service fee. They are minor, but frustrating they weren't included for awareness up front.
