The appearance and amenities of the property are great. The staff is quick to respond and they made it easy to sign lease and get the free eight weeks.

This is my first time living alone, and while I was initially intimidated, my experience at Noda Wandry has been amazing! I've always dreamed of living in a loft apartment, and thanks to Noda Wandry, that dream has come true. I absolutely love the large windows, which bring in so much natural light and give the apartment a bright, open feel. The property is always clean and quiet, making it a peaceful place to come home to. I’m fortunate to have wonderful neighbors, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to so many great local businesses. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Noda Wandry home!

This is my first official place on my own and I couldn’t have chosen a better one. I love my space, I love the community, and I look forward to growing more with NoDa.

Noda Wandry provides an ease of connecting its residents to the Charlotte community. The train station being so close allows students at UNC and employees in uptown with ease of travel. This apartment gives you a luxury feel for a reasonable price as well! If I was to recommend an apartment to any fellow students and or anyone moving to Charlotte, NoDa Wandry would be top of list!

Recently moved into NoDa Wandry from out of state. Super spacious, clean community, and a very friendly place! Anthony, Tommy, and the entire staff are very professional and helped make the transition easy and smooth.

I couldn't ask for a better location. I feel like a resident of the tiny but bustling town of NoDa. But with all of the amenities within NoDa Wandry, I'm just as comfortable staying home and wandering around my community. As busy as NoDa is, and with our extremely convenient access to the light rail, my apartment is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I couldn't ask for more. NoDa Wandry is a great value for your buck!

I am quite happy with my choice to live here at The Wandry. The amenities are great and the staff has been supportive, friendly and helpful. The one maintenance need I've had was handled smoothly and they went above and beyond to help me. I would happily recommend this community to someone wanting to move into the area.

Trash management has been a persistent problem in the new building at NoDa Wandry. Overflowing bins and stench on the first floor and outside near the garbage room directly next to the parking lot and leasing/clubhouse building. Floors are left unclean, bins do not get fully emptied, and bulky items are only removed after numerous complaints. Given that we have already dealt with one gnat infestation, it is frustrating to continue seeing poor waste management at the property.

I recently had the most wonderful experience with the administration team at "NODA Wandry" in Charlotte. From the moment I stepped into their office, all four team members were incredibly helpful and attentive every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. One aspect that truly impressed me was the quality of the units. Each one was in impeccable shape and showcased impressive attention to detail. The administration team took the time to show me multiple options, allowing me to find the unit that was the perfect fit for me. Their dedication to finding the right match was truly commendable. Not only were the units impressive, but the entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was clear that the team at "NODA Wandry" takes great pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for their residents. Speaking of residents, everyone I encountered seemed incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a true sense of community. If you're in search of a beautiful building with a great community and a supportive administrative team, I can confidently say that "NODA Wandry" is the best choice in Charlotte. My experience with their administration team exceeded all expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose this wonderful community. “

It has a very fresh feel and everybody there is respectful, friendly and clean

Since Monday (8/14) management has been aware that at least one trash room is swarmed with flies. It's now Friday (8/18) and it's clear nothing has been done to address the problem except tell people not to use the trash chutes. This doesn't do anything to solve the current infestation in the trash room itself, or the spread of it to people's apartments which has already happened. Also there's no valet trash on the weekend so this will just lead to a further build up of trash. Flies were accumulating in the trash room prior to Monday. Monday was just the point at which it got so bad that clearly something had to be done. I’d post pictures if I could (have on other reviews) but they don’t do the situation justice. Also this morning I got an email that my maintenance request for this issue has been resolved. You can tell by the pictures it most definitely has not been resolved. This is a risk to the community's health and people pay too much money to live here to put up with this. Call a professional and solve this problem.

Paige, Danial, Jorge(maintenance supervisor) and now Tre are all amazing and I would not trade them for nobody else in the apartment staff industry. They are extremely helpful, personable but yet professional, attentive, and welcoming. Any questions or concerns that you may have will be handled in a timely fashion. Bottom line, they are hands down the best and they create a pleasant atmosphere and experience overall.
