Everyone, staff and neighbors, have been so kind. The move-in process was extremely easy. The property and its amenities are updated and clean. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Overall been a wonderful experience thus far.

Lived here for going on two years and in my two years here a new company bought out the old, I never realized how much the old company was “slacking” cause they were great also! But the new management is phenomenal, they came in and made changes that may seem little but has a great effect on the residents for example taking out the carpet in the halls and putting vinyl flooring, this makes the complex over all cleaner and look really nice. They are constantly finding ways to connect with residents and making it easy for residents to connect with eachother during events they hold. Any maintenance issue is always fixed same day or early next morning. They do a great job at keeping the community clean and maintained. If there is ever an issue or an update they send out emails to keep everyone informed. I honestly have nothing to complain about when it comes to management and the maintenance team.

NoDa flats is improving. As a new resident to North Carolina there are so many new apartment developments to choose from. There’s so much competition. I hope the fire pit is working so I can enjoy the cold winter nights.

I love the interior of my apartment, but the apartment building itself and the exterior, hallways, and staircases of the building are disgusting, not clean, and not kept up well at all. Also, amenities should be always clean and running smoothly. There is never gas in the fire pits for residents to enjoy. Also, you should know there is no guest parking. The parking garage is awful and wasn't built correctly. There aren't mirrors on every level so you can't see if a car is coming or not.

Property has not been maintained. Have let doors break, parking deck and stairwells are filthy, it takes months to fix issues, and there are frequent car break ins (just google Bainbridge noda, the name until a couple months ago).

I want to thank the new property manager for being a breath of fresh air. He is wonderful and a man of his word. These apartments are very nice to live in. My daughter lives here and for a while wasn't happy due to certain circumstances. The new manager came in, made moves and was concerned about my daughter ( a tenant) and that means a lot. No one wants to live in a place that just looks good. With the new management I would rate this place 5 stars. Thank you Caleb!

We are so happy we moved to these apartments! John was such an amazing help and super patient with us while we chose which apartment we wanted. He was also so quick to help when we needed something done at the apartment. Nyra was also so sweet! She helped us through the application process and was super patient with all our questions. We LOVE how nice the apartment is and how friendly everyone is in the office.

We've lived at Bainbridge Noda for over a year now. We decided to rent for a while after being homeowners for 13 yrs. Bainbridge is a place we can definitely call home. The Community is quiet. The office staff is attentive to our needs. Desmond from Maintenance is great! Any issue I've had was resolved right away. I'm big on customer service, and they've made the mark. Definitely thinking of renewing my lease when its time.
