Property Ratings at Nobl Park Apartments
I've been living at Nobl Park for about 7 months now. My experience has been wonderful. The property is so pretty and feels like a park setting. The management is so nice and very attentive. Even the maintenance team is great. Everyone I talk to has nothing but good things to say about Sherry, the manager, and Meghan, the assistant manager. I think it's because they themselves are residents of Nobl Park, so it feels more personable. I met Sherry and had a tour of the property a couple of years before I actually moved there. I knew then that when the time was right, that's where I was going to live. The apartments have more of a condo feel that than of a boxy apartment, which we also really enjoy.
We rented here for a short term stay and were very impressed with the office staff, grounds keeping and friendly neighbors. The office replied promptly to any concerns and the property always looks nice. The heated pool and recreation rooms were always clean and made for great summer fun. We met wonderful neighbors and the sense of community made us feel welcome.
Immaculate care of the grounds. Quiet and tranquil with large trees. Interiors have been justly updated. Office is always friendly. Attentive.. we're just very Happy here. Thank you.
This is a very nice complex. We have access to the pool and to the gym. We can reserve the community room for birthday parties. They just installed new gas fireplaces. We have great neighbors and management.
