So since we moved in we had issues. Management does nothing about them. My clothes got stolen in the laundry unit asked management to play camera so I could file a police report they said camera doesn’t work. Packages were stolen from my door. Gates are always busted! Why give us codes and cards for gate and gate is always open!!!??? Why is the walk in gate not closed? Persons living all the way to the back like t u v j has to drive or walk all the way to the main gate to get out. It’s just ridiculous! Then they want to increase rent and not provide us with added security!

I Recently moved here with my 2 year old we were out on the third floor the walls are so thin that even if we made the slightest movement our downstairs neighbors would make make a noise complaint. I have been really stressed because I feel like we can’t even enjoy ourselves in our own home. I also have seen 3 roaches since I’ve been here pest control had come out twice and they are still here I feel like I made the worst decision ever

My dog absolutely loves making friends at the dog park. We're in one of the buildings with a laundry so it's really convenient to use. Also really like having two pools here so we can pick which one we'd rather go to.

I've lived at Nob Hill for going on four years now, and it has been an overall positive experience from the beginning. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance in particular always responds quickly and does a great job. I'm happy with the quality of my apartment, especially for the relatively low price. Generally I feel that it's a safe environment. I can't give five stars because there have been consistent issues with some of the community amenities, such as the laundry facilities and the front gate. But I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone and I'm very glad to live here.

We love it here! We’ve lived here 3 years and it is a wonderful complex. Other than the occasional noises from upstairs neighbors or the trash department in the middle of the night, it is a pretty quiet place to live. They have amazing events for the residents, we basically live in a park, and the apartments are nicely updated for a good price. Highly recommend!

This place is great if you’re just moving to Nashville and can’t afford a more expensive place. The interior has been modernized and updated, which is nice. But like any complex, there are downfalls. The walls are very thin and you can hear just about everything that goes on in the breezeways and you have to get used to hearing everything your neighbor is doing. There are also no washer/dryers in the one bedrooms which is very inconvenient if you live a busy lifestyle and have to plan a day around doing laundry. If you’re a young single person looking to make friends in the complex, it may not be the place for you as the demographic is mostly families. Other than that, the staff has always been friendly. Pest control comes on a regular basis, maintenance is timely, and any issue is usually handled quickly.

Mob Hill is a great place to live. Bob Hill has 2 swimming pools, fitness center, and what I really like about it is it’s a gated community. I feel secure and safe. It is close to the airport and the highway system. They have community events 2 times a month where they have free food and prizes. They grounds are kept very nice and the apartments have the finest appliances. They also have a top notch maintenance staff. If you need maintenance or need something fixed it is fixed right away. Quit wasting you money on other rentals. Rent at the best place in Nashville, which is Nob Hill.

Moving into NH made me feel safe with its security gates and cameras. I really appreciate the safety and concern. The apartments themselves are well made and spacious even the one bedrooms that have a wonderful walk in closet.

Nob Hill looks like a pretty place on the surface, but it's an actual disaster. Cockroaches everywhere, no matter how much they treat the problem, they never clean the common areas, causing trash pile up and a terrible smell and, you guessed it, more roaches. Things never get done unless you complain about it or threaten to call the authorities. The office staff is incredibly unprofessional, and if you try to bring up an issue to them the first thing they will do is blame you. They deny they ever said things, even when they say them over email and you show them proof. And the crime? Cars are constantly broken into. I know neighbors that have been robbed at gunpoint in their own apartments. The office's response? "Your safety isn't our responsibility." Well...according to Tennessee law, it is.

If looking for a newly renovated apartment you must check out Nob Hill ! Beautiful property and the staff works very hard to maintain and assist residence at anytime of day or night . I have lived here over a year now and the conveniences a plus we are only minutes away for a C-store and Everyone’s favorite place Wallly World (Walmart) . I highly recommend Nob Hill to anyone that is looking for a great place to live . They are continuing renovate the buildings . And the Marketing manager Jordan has big plans to make it even more beautiful . And to know if you need anything no matter the time someone will come to your rescue . Check Nob Hill out !!

Lived here about a year. Plan to leave. Cockroaches abound at times! They spray monthly, but ....... you will see them! Maintenance a bit slow most of the time. Staff ...... not so hot! Not always straight up with things. Don't bother to try to discuss anything with them! You get nowhere! They think they are grand! Loud noises and police cars many evenings! If you are smart, try to skip living here.

Nob Hill is a slum that has a pretty paint job. The gate has never worked!!!! They give you a clicker and yet it never closes, and car break ins and robbery is a real issue. Management does not care and their response to everything is "Not our problem". Roaches everywhere!!! And they say they treat but it is an excuse to spy on your apartment monthly. The apartments are also very very loud and you can hear every single word and step, espically in the hallways. The grounds look nice, but are littered with trash and broken glass is everywhere. I also have seen and thrown away various drug pipes and things, tons of lighters I have found on the property. Many bullet casings can be seen on a regular basis and drug dealing during the day. This places is scary and once you are here you are stuck. The "dog parks" are terrible, usually flooded and full of poop people don't pick up. Dog poop is also everywhere and lots of people do not follow the leash rule, I have found and been approached by many dogs without an owner in sight. Lots of the neighbors here are shady and rude. People parked in your marked parking spot all the time, so they're gonna take the spots away. Again if you want to deal with constant fear, COCKROACHES, and many many other issues than this is for you, but for the price I wouldn't bother. Also the pools are never opened or clean, people are very loud, the park is old and broken and right near a busy road/entrance, oh and the mailboxes are constantly broken into. This place is a slum really and should be ashamed. If you go to management they will black list you and harass you as well.

They make it look like the place is awesome and with tons or amenities. what they don't tell you is that they let people smoke weed in their apartment even though they say that they don't. they take forever to fix something in the apartment. I've have a bad shower foucet for more than 7 months. Everytime I ask for maintenance to fix it all they do is leave a note with instructions on how to use the foucet, not once but multiple times. The gates are always open, they have been "fixing it for the past 3 months with no progress. They only care about getting the rent money and that's it, not about your comfort.
I'm extremely happy living at Nob Hill. The apartments are nice and are way cheaper than most places in the area. The maintenance and office people have been great too. I'll update again.

Among many other issues we have gotten settled in our apartment to find there are only power outlets, not one single coaxial hookup to have internet or TV. This makes working from home and being in the current century impossible! I could list more problems like the deck above us is rotten and wood falls on us every time we are outside, dog poop and trash everywhere and a long list of other things, but no internet for the price we pay is outlandish! And also on this add it states internet and cable ready!
We just moved out of Nob Hill. the office asked us to leave a review. Happy to do it. We loved the location - super close to school and our parents. Our apt was pretty private, quiet and very nice!! Great place to live!!
Great place to live! My office recommended renting at Nob Hill. This place is great. Renovated so everything is brand spanking new. The staff was easy to work with and made my decision so simple. My apartment is HUGE! I'm near a dog walk area, so Emmerson the Lab loves his morning walks. Definitely check the place out. Close to everything.
Love the location! Everything is just a few minutes away. The staff is great and the property is always beautiful.
Even tho my list of grievances is long, I will keep it short. There are cop cars here every day, and car break ins are normal, it's riddled with bugs, the laundry facilities are disgusting, if you have an issue forget the office - they are as sweet as cherry pie when you are looking at apartments, but that ends the day you move in and just forget about getting anything fixed competently. Since Freeman Webb took over living here has been nothing but one issue after another. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here, no one stays - including me.
Seeing the property my roommate and I was so excited to be getting our first apartment. The young lady that worked there at the time was amazing at getting us into the apartment. As soon as we were comfortable in the apartment we started realizing that there was a very serious german roach infestation. After a complaint and a maintenance request to fix the problem, the problem continued and got worst. Returning to the office it was almost like they had never seen or heard of me because when I came back to address the problem once again no one had ever heard of me complaining (everyone act dumb to the whole thing).Even after finding a roach in my bed the problem wasn't taken care of. Lies circulated from employee to employee about resolving the issue. And most annoyingly when they did come to spray (which did absolutely nothing) the staff act like it was completely normal to have ROACHES. Overall the staff his horrible and so is the old apartments that can pass for new with their serious german roach problem that would probably never go away. If you have to pay more to stay somewhere else you would be better off doing that instead of being uncomfortable in your home!

I have been here for 3 months and it was the worst mistake I have ever made! Roaches everywhere, no matter how many times they spray. I have seen mice, or maybe they are small rats. Strangers hang out in the entryways and trash the halls. I never have felt safe. I have called the police several times because of the people that hang around in the entryways, blocking my door and the laundry room entrance. The security patrol is useless! I am in the process of breaking my lease but it will cost me a lot of money. I just want out!
PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. The first 6-8 months I lived there I shared my apartment with an infestation of roaches. I called a couple times each month to have the apartment sprayed and they would go away for a few weeks and come right back. I am an extremely clean person, I wash dishes right after I cook and never leave food sitting out so I know it wasn't on my part that there were roaches. It took me threatening to call the health department and contacting my lawyer to prepare to break my lease to finally have them fix the issues. Also the first month of me living there they had a window company come in and install new windows, but failed to give me a notice that someone would be entering my home. They moved my furniture and did not put it back and actually damaged multiple pieces of furniture. I had to call the manager out to the property to have them look it it. He told me they would pay to replace it, but that never happened. He quit and the new manager said they wouldn't pay for it. It took me until September to finally get the money I deserved for my damaged property. This place is overpriced, undersized, and they will screw you over at any chance they can.
Roaches in our building made our unit uninhabitable. Nov 1 the bugs were everywhere (under the refrigerator, behind the stove, inside the dishwasher, in the sink, inside the walls, along the baseboards, in the bathrooms, in the bedrooms). Found a roach behind one of the pillows in our bedroom & decided we could no longer stay in the apt. Nov 2 we made effort to call the office to report the problem but our calls were not returned. Nov 3, dh stopped by the office. He was told our apt would be sprayed the following day. Nov 10 the apt was treated. Pest control service asked that we allow up to 21 days for the treatment to take full effect. 21 days later there are still roaches. So I put in the 60-day notice. Over the course of moving out our stuff they sprayed 3 times & the roach problem is still very real. I go into the office & the woman at the desk gives me paperwork for ending my lease. I asked when I need to pay the last month's rent. She said the complex was under new mgmt & different companies did it differently. She would check with the mgr & get back with me. She never did. Nob Hill lost the paperwork. When they redrafted it a month later they wanted to make us stay an additional 60 days. Dh talked to them & it was determined that we would keep our initial move-out date, late Jan & that last month's rent was due at the time of our notice. Dh wrote them a check. A few days later we get a call saying they couldn't process payment until our apt passed inspection, after we moved all of our stuff out, a clear contradiction of what we'd been told a few days prior. We moved the stuff out & scheduled an inspection. We arrive for the inspection. The staff has no idea why we're there. The man at the desk says only mgmt is supposed to do inspections & he is the only one there but said he'd inspect the apt with us, take pics etc. He determines the unit had not been "move-in ready" & the renovations were incomplete. Beyond some dog hair stuck in the carpet he said we were clear, no damages. No more phone calls from Nob Hill. Feb 16 I get a call from a collections agency. Nob Hill had reported us for an extra month's rent and a $50 charge for drywall repairs, which couldn't have been necessary. Save yourself some grief & some money. Rent elsewhere.
Bugs everywhere and maintenance is terrible - if they respond at all consider yourself lucky, or don't because they have never done anything to actually solve a problem and typically make it worse. The management is rude and does not care at all about their residents. They will be nice to you until the day you sign your lease. The neighborhood is crime ridden and I heard gunshots regularly. Management has attempted to pretty the place up and spends lots of time and money on superficial improvements, and zero on actual things you care about -I could tell you about many other issues, but apparently a review with actual examples in them are not allowed but take it from me - NO ONE stays more that one year, and a good number of people break their leases and leave early. Save yourself the effort, and cash involved in a move in move out and just find yourself a better place to live - and I would avoid all Freeman webb properties , because I've had discussions with many friends commiserating on our dissatisfaction who live on other properties run by them. I lived there for 10 years before I finally had it and left. Sad too, because it WAS home .
We moved in about 5 months ago and cannot stand it. The people above us are very loud, and we have yet to have a day where we don't see a cockroach on our furniture and in our kitchen. We have had the place sprayed AND FOGGED multiple times and they still come back. Every time we come home after 7 there are many many MANY people trying to get in who do not live here and we have to wait a long time. 1 spot parking per apartment, and my boyfriend ends up having to park across the complex because of such limited parking. Maintenance NEVER follows through. You have to call the office multiple times to get problems solved. All in all I would say this is the worst experience I think You could have with an apartment. Paying what we do, we could almost afford to live in Franklin and NOT have a roach problem. Very disappointed in this place and Cannot wait to get out.
I moved into this apartment in January 2014 and the first night had a leak from the roof in the living room. Called the management, and they told me someone would be out to fix it. After 6 months with a roof leaking on my sofa and being told they would be fixing it and taking pictures of the hole in ceiling and filming it, I was finally told in May 2014 when the weather gets better they will fix it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they allow people to smoke in the apartments so it is not a smoke free like advertised. They also have a terrible roach problem.
The first day I moved in I was already skeptical. Do not be fooled by the model because it is definitly misleading. I moved in May 2015 and was scared. There were roaches everywhere my dad and brother were killing them left to right. What made it so bad is that they were not big roaches they were baby roaches which means this apartment is competed infested with roaches. I should have read the reviews which clearly states the truth about this place. i was new o the apartment thing and this defintly taught me a lesson. Be aware of this place. I moved in saturday and moved out monday. The only good thing about this place is I was able to get every dime back except for the appication fee.
I was an apt virgin. I only resided here bc my friend had moved in and it was the first available place that I came across. The location is convenient. Move in day, they did not have my apt ready till mid day. I had been told I was getting an upstairs apt, turned out to be on the second floor which wasn't so bad until the upstairs tenants turned out to be very loud and noisy. Before I even moved any of my belongings in, roaches were coming out left and right. It continued to be a daily problem. Apparently tenants were not clean and some were evicted but that still didn't solve the problem. It's basically an infestation. Only way to solve that is to tear down and rebuild I would think. The outside surroundings weren't very clean either. The residents left trash all over the place. The 1 BR is a good size but the quality overall is not worth the price.
Apartment is run down and infested with roaches!! Even after you clean the entire apartment they still show up!! Front desk doesn't take care of their property enough to try to get rid of the problem. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. If you want internet other than Comcast good luck. All the wiring you need is cut from the walls and the front desk lacks in help. Property manager is passive aggressive and rude.
Great place to live. Except there are bugs. The place has great locations near by and a great pool
This is the perfect apartment if you cannot afford to live downtown Nashville for a few years. You can hop right on to the highway to dirve downtown in 15-20 minutes or take the bus. The amenities are fair; 2 small pools and a tiny but updated fitness center, and tennis courts. The buildings are older and could use some updates. If you can see the space before you sign your lease, do so to ensure you are happy as they vary from the model shown. Make sure if you see bugs that you report them right away and this should help keep them at bay. The neighborhood isn't very walkable and there are, more often than not, sirens every evening. At the end of the day, this is a fair place to begin to take steps to save and move closer to the city.
