Fremont, positioned in the San Francisco Bay Area, combines suburban living with innovation and technology. As home to the Tesla Factory, the city maintains a strong industrial presence while offering numerous parks and outdoor spaces. Lake Elizabeth in Central Park provides recreational opportunities, while Mission Peak's trails showcase panoramic Bay Area views. The rental market remains competitive, with average rents ranging from $2,204 for studios to $3,770 for three-bedroom homes, with year-over-year increases between 1.5% and 4.4%.
The city's five districts each offer distinct characteristics. Historic Niles preserves its early film industry heritage, while Mission San Jose features the restored Mission San José, an architectural landmark from 1797. The Warm Springs area has developed into a technology center, and Central Fremont includes shopping destinations like the Fremont Hub and Pacific Commons.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Niles Station
Rearranged my work schedule to attend a tour with the PM Jesse. He was a no-show and didn’t have the decency to communicate that he wouldn’t make it. Wouldn’t answer calls/texts and his mailbox was full.. Complex appears to be nice enough though I did observe that the laundry room was out of order. Concerning. If this is how the complex tries to woo potential clients, I could only imagine the unresponsive nightmare it would be to actually live there. Bullet dodged. Fair warning to potential residents.
I have lived here for 2 years and it has just recently been bought by new owners. Do not let them fool you, this is not luxury living. The studios are converted motels. My 1B apartment doesn't even have a garbage disposal (let alone a dishwasher.)Good luck finding a second parking spot and good luck getting sleep with the train going past the other side of the fence during all hours of the night. Please move somewhere nicer!
I lived here for a few years until the new management took over. would not recommend. 1)Places are very dated for the area even with updates, some have black mold 2)Good luck pulling in/ out of the complex during rush hour where Mowry, Mission and Niles meet. No chance. 3)Nice little gypsy community a few hundred feet from the property that loves to help themselves to the contents of your vehicle a few times a year(and even sometimes home invasions). 4)Parking is a joke. 5) I hope you like trains! Amtrack is literally 20 feet from some of these places, and sometimes run as late as 12am. Can be heard honking all the way over into the furthest parts of the property. They MUST honk every time going over the bridge too. I could go on....
I went to the location on the map and found that it was not how it looks on the photo posted. The rooms look as though they took a broken down motel and converted them into “studio” apartments. None of the units have stoves and still have the same layout as they did when they were motel rooms. Would NOT recommend.
