I love living at the NEXT Apartments so much!! The building is very nice, clean and up-to date with the best amenities! I always workout in the fitness room and dip in the pool after, which is so refreshing. The outdoor grills and lounge area are a huge plus as well. It is such a great community - the staff are very friendly, and I feel so safe living here. I live in a convertible here and love my apartment. It's very open and spacious with high ceilings, big windows and great appliances! At the bottom of the building there is the cafeteria (four delicious restaurants inside), nail & hair salon, and mini mart which make it super convenient as well. It's a great location next to lots of bars, restaurants and so close to the L stop, too! I would highly recommend living here as there are so many benefits and for a reasonable price!

The building is great, very clean and all employees super kind and professional. The units are spacious and the amenities are kept very well. Love the proximity to bustling streets but the location of the building is not, it’s a quieter area which I like.

Lived here for a year with a roommate and it didn't work out. When our lease was up, I moved to another unit in the building -- my roommate did the same. While we didn't want to live together, we loved the building so much that we both just took out new leases in the same building! Needless to say, we are both thrilled with the building, management, etc.

Next Apartments is by far the best of Chicago living. It is staffed by friendly people who are always courteous and go above and beyond to be helpful. In addition, it’s close to everything and the neighborhood is well-suited to family, or single person living. Personal favorites of the property include the front desk staff (they’re amazing!), the arcade and amenities floor, and the skyline views of downtown from my balcony. This is a real community, true to the word and I wouldn’t live anywhere else in Chicago!

Overall the building, amenities and staff have been great! Beautiful complex, unit and common areas well kept. The staff is over the top and I feel safe with the security systems they use.

NEXT is a great building that is very clean and has so many amenities. It is very dog-friendly and has a big field next door that the dogs can all play at. Building is very quiet and has all new appliances. Would definitely recommend this building.

This is the worst property management. I put down a 450 deposit 6 months ago. They said I didn't qualify. I have had to contact them sooo many times to get my deposit back. I have been told three times that the check must have been lost in the mail? They were supposed to call me with check numbers and the date the check was sent and have never received a call. Now I the third check doesn't make it to me They say I have to wait another 60 days before they get me a check. They are liars and have given me a run around for 6 months. Don't trust this company to run!!!

Hello, There is a process in place which Greystar managers follow when returning administration fees and you do not deviate away from the company policies. There has been several e-mails and voice calls placed to you that you forgot to mention in your review. I tried to explain that to your mother but she decided that using vulgare language screaming at my team and me. I think anyone would not respond well to the way you were acting. Despite the behavior I will continue working on a solution and do my best to try and get the refund back. Please check your missed calls and your e-mails as all have been logged and sent multiple times. I would recommend checking with the post office on the delay they can probably explain better than myself why the check has not reached you. Living at NEXT has been fantastic. Great staff. Excellent location that is just perfect as is very close to the core but also far enough away that the views of the city are unobstructed. Entrance is easy out/in and right next to Divy. The L is also a block away. Nice clean main outdoor space to enjoy grilling, relaxing, and sun.

NEXT Apartments provide one of the best views the city has to offer. The building is new, clean, and the amenities are some of the best in the city. The staff is fantastic, too. Can't recommend NEXT enough.

This is a great building, and it already feels like home after only a few weeks of living here. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and feels very private (no neighbor noise). All staff members are kind and helpful, and make you feel welcome. Even the nice smell of the lobby feels very inviting, and I even miss it when I'm away for the weekend.

Been living here for two weeks and have no complaints. Pool is open past labor day, and every resident I've met has been friendly.
