Property Ratings at Newera Apartments
These are brand new units, yet there’s multiple defects that they didn’t even bother fixing before move in. I pointed out multiple while touring, but was told it’ll all be fixed before move it. It was not and not to mention they were basically telling me I had to sign my lease before I could look at the place one more time. I had to clean my own brand new apartment from the mess they left while moving stuff out and they didn’t even bother getting pest control before move in, so I’ve been sleeping with the bugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Poorly made and poor management.

This apartment has a new feel, is clean and manicured. The office staff is super friendly. I have toured the complex and although the clubhouse is still being completed it looks comfortable, inviting and luxurious. I cannot wait until the Gym is completed to do my daily workouts. No more gym membership needed. These are luxury apartments at a very affordable price. I highly recommend that you take tour.
