All that they have put their message is the reality and the truth that these apartments are talking about are not good for living cockroaches, mice, bad service, the people who work in the office are not capable of having a position of those BAD SERVICE AND BAD COMMNUCATION OF THOSE PEOPLE The manager thinks she is the owner of the complex and secretary, cleaners, and maintenance are useless, that is the recommendation I can give you because I am living here and I am leaving due to bad service. We are going to call the consumer department to come for a tour of the complex.

Im 20 years of age living with my grandmother in new berry square apartments, the condition of this place is no where close to what they're charging us when we call for maintenance and they say there on there way some times it takes 7 days for them to actually come and that's just because we keep calling. I am greatful though things could be worse thank you -Tamarley
