Love the maintenance guys they work hard to keep property up to par, the pool is amazing and the gym is perfect..the maids if you want to call them that, the ones that clean the lobby and gym/ bathrooms are great and keep everything perfectly clean
We have been very fortunate to live here in Newbrook as they are very accommodating to making your living here so comfortable

This is one of the best places to live in at Charleston! From the peace and serenity allowed by being around nature, to having considerate and kind neighbors, to being taken care of by a fantastic management team, Newbrook has been an absolute gem. The studio I live in is perfect. I love the amenities offered, as well.

We have almost been living here for a year and have nothing but great things to say. All staff is friendly and inviting, amenities are great, our apartment itself we haven't experienced any issues. Would highly recommend! It is so nice being able to walk to Publix. There is construction in the area to it being so up and coming, but we don't get affected by it much at all.

They will make you pay for your own repairs when maintenance fixes problems. Noisey upstairs neighbor and they told me they couldn't do anything to help me unless I got video evidence to prove
I love living here, it’s the perfect location to the beach and in North Charleston. my kids can walk to work and there’s always events between here and point help.
Newbrook is a beautiful place to live! I couldn’t be happier with my apartment on the second floor in the clubhouse. The lake view is stunning and the clubhouse is immaculately maintained!

Living at Newbrook has been an overwhelmingly positive experience, a sanctuary that feels like a genuine home. From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed by a community that is friendly, inclusive, and respectful—qualities that make everyday living so much more enjoyable.
Now that we have lived here for 6 months, we have been enjoying the amenities and don't have any major issues/complaints. The maintenance staff are the best, very friendly and responsive.
As of September 17, it has been 2 years here at Newbrook Point Hope. Just a few small hiccups along the way. Valet trash has been hit and miss which becomes annoying at times because you do pay a fee monthly for that service but there is a compactor you can walk trash to if needed. There was an issue with the pool earlier this summer which coincided with the hottest most uncomfortable time of the year, but that was resolved after a few weeks. I particularly work in the evenings and at night while most everyone is sleeping at the complex, which makes parking a challenge at times due to no spaces because of guests I’m guessing. Overall, my 2 year anniversary with Newbrook and past experience has been great and I’d refer anyone looking for a place to call home to please join the Newbrook Community. I look forward to the rest of the surrounding areas to be completed with some new restaurants, Ye old Fashion looks as though it will be joining the area shortly.
Love the place is well kept and the crew is fantastic. The pool and common areas are beautiful. They need to work on the trash collection, but the rest is great
I have absolutely loved these apartments! I've moved over a dozen times with my family through very rough spots and some very nice, this complex has been immensely better than any other apartment complex I've been with. The management has always been extremely sweet and caring, always willing to work with me on any problems I might have :)
Great space, great amenities and great people. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the location and convenience. We’ve lived in several condos and this is by far the best all around. Maintenance staff is always quick to answer any small issues we’ve had. Definitely recommend!
Overall has been a great place to live. The staff are pleasant. The amenities are great. Unfortunately, the pool has been down several times over the past year for longer durations and I felt the communication was limited on this matter. Otherwise, usually there is pretty prompt communication.
Overall very well. Communication needs improved. The pool has been closed for 9 days with no communication to the residents. No message about why and when it should be fixed. It appears there’s no urgency to correcting whatever happened. I have had to follow up on emails I sent because I didn’t receive a response. The community itself is very nice and I enjoy it here except for poor communication.

Sadly you are forced to pay for pest control, but they don't show up, and you will have cockroaches and other bugs no matter how clean your place is. Other than that, utilities are nice, building is nice, macitence staff is wonderful!
