I love Newbergh ATL because of the building layout, the amenities they offer, their very high ceilings, and the proximity of the marta stations along with how close it is to my job and school. Very nice and upkept building with many amenities to choose from. Would definitely recommend staying here and it is one of the nicer apartments around the area.

Overall im super excited to be a new GA resident. I love my apartment, few minor maintenance issues but I’m hoping they get taking care of in a timely fashion. I have nothing negative to say about the property or it’s staff. The area I’m in is central to everything so I’m estatic to explore. I would definitely recommend moving here. Office just needs to answer the phones instead of the central call center always answering.

I would not recommend living at Newbeigh ATL. The trash was always full, filthy and the halls smelled awful yet they charge you monthly and charge you a final trash bill on top of that

Overall, I like Newbergh ATL. I do have concerns with the homelessness and crime in the area which Is out of Newbergh’s control but I do know they do try. My concerns/request are usually addressed timely and to my satisfaction. The upkeep of the building exterior and interior is pretty good despite some of the homeless neighbors and some of the dirty residents in the building but ultimately, I am satisfied with living at Newbergh ATL. I really have no complaints.

Very good community. My experience has been amazing from applying to moving in. Management is always making sure my questions are answered promptly. My AC stopped working, I called the leasing office and within a few minutes maintenance came to fix the AC. Their response to emergency issues is phenomenal! I look forward to making this my home.

The property has gone downhill. The only thing you will like is your own unit. The amenities are no longer useable because they’re dirty and unsafe.

Do not move here

Although the apartments look nice, this property is less than desirable. The staff is rude, constant turnover, they have zero maintenance workers, AND the property is not secure. Not having any maintenance men also slows down work that needs to be done. For example, I waited 4 days for them to come fix my toilet and had to come out of pocket and pay for a hotel. Constant package stealing, the building doors are always wide open or unlocked and people from the street can get in), poor property upkeep. Located in Lindbergh, there are always homeless men hanging around the property. At one point, the garage gate was wide open for a month and ANYBODY could just drive in the parking deck. The fire alarms go off every week for no reason. Security is inadequate. DONT MOVE HERE.

Newbergh is a nice apartment. I love the interior designs of the complex and apartment unit. Hallways are actually clean and free of smells. So far, the community feels safe. The downside of this place is that it has very limited parking spaces for guests, literally like 10 spaces for guests inside of the parking deck. There's street parking, but only limited spaces outside as well. It's super non-convenient for family and friends to visit. Some guests of other residents may be parking there for DAYS, who knows. 1 word to describe the parking situation - SUCKS. Hopefully, Newbergh designs more parking spaces. For example, allow guests to park at the post office or something across the street when parking deck is full. Renting a loading dock was also unsatisfactory. I attempted to rent via resident portal, but the portal says the leasing office has to "approve" which they NEVER got back to me. I called 2 times and no answer. So I was not able to rent the loading dock. People who reserved the loading dock are supposed to have it for like 1.5 - 2 hrs, but I saw someone there ALL day which is unfair for other people who could magically reserve this loading dock for moving. Moving in was a nightmare due to limited parking spaces for family members and the loading dock was used inappropriately by other residents or could NOT be approved by the office in time. Maintenance requests, so far, have been completed like a turtle. A turtle could probably win a marathon race by now. Thankfully, the people who work in the leasing office have been nice and friendly, when they do answer their phones to residents.

I have been a resident for about 9 months and overall I have enjoyed my stay. The kitchen with the Watson floor plan is my favorite feature. All finishes and amenities are what you would normally get at a mid/upper tier apartment in Atlanta. Newbergh was bought by Greystar in March 2021 overall, Greystar has a sour reputation yet lots of property everywhere in the US. More recently, there have been shootings and many car break-ins which has been concerning. For these safety reasons I am out and will be looking to lease elsewhere.

Since mgmt has been transferred to GreyStar; our experience has been outstanding. Communication in all the ways are made to and from the front office and they leave no rocks unturned. Fantastic way to manage all the communications between residents and front office! If there is an issue with what youve requested, they will communicate any delays;-). Repairs and any items brought to the front office is given its respective attention & immediately;-)

I love it here!

I just moved in two weeks ago and I love my place. It's a new apartment and has all the bells and whistles. There was an issue with the fire alarms going off last week due to some people tampering with the horns but the office let us know they are resolving the problem and has notified us everyday of the status. The alarms are not going off anymore so far. I like how the office communicates with us through email and text. They have an awesome move-in special which is why I initially decided to rent here. I'm glad I made this choice. The workout center is awesome and has The Peloton. I use it everyday. :-)
