We have enjoyed our time here New River Cove going on 5 years now I think. Great neighbors, beautiful property, close to everything, and love having a garage! The staff is also amazing. Jessica, Ben and Leo in the management off are efficient and responsive. I’ve got to really brag on the maintenance team. Tony, Roberto and Stanley have helped us out several times. If you don’t live here, check it out! If you live here, I hope you are enjoying it as much as my husband and I do. And remember, we have several trash bins located all around the property. Please use them and teach your kids and guests to use them as well. Don’t be a litter bug!

It’s not a bad place to live. My apartment is kinda dark though since the trees get so close to the balcony it blocks a bunch of light out. There have been changes to the fees that we are charged. It’s almost $50 a month for trash which I think it’s wild.

I have been living in this community for 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Location is also convenient. Shopping centers, groceries, gas stations, marina and a great park to just walk and relax. It is a safe environment for children & pets. The pool area is always clean, the gym is located by the main pool with a beautiful relaxing view. My favorite is the yoga room. All residents can enjoy the amenities knowing it is safe and secure.

NRC is clean and the maintenance is great. I like that the community is smaller and gated as well, I feel safer. The only "complaints" I have is about the mailboxes. They are super old and outdated, and it looks like they will break any day now.

Parking is absolutely chaotic I've never seen anything like it. Everything else is fine, If something is broke maintenance comes fairly quickly, If you have a question for the rental office they're there all the time and they answer the phone reply to emails. People need to do a better job about picking up after their animals but that's out of their control.

Great nice and easy. I like the pool and the lounge. Nice and clean. Great maintenance staff. One of the best. Having a bulk trash is always a bonus as well.
