Nice place to live at night peaceful so nights would tell a friend to stay at apartments nice distance to shopping center and mall 7-11 right around corner is good

Overall satisfied just a few minor adjustments in certain areas of my overall residence can use some improvement specifically the notification process in notifying residents on repair work to be done like a timeframe. Cosmetic would like more upgraded kitchen.

This is a really really nice and good company and community . And i reall like st charls apartment and all home are renovated and really nice

absolutely great so far very quiet no issues , everything in apt up to date , greatest feature would have to be the hardwood floors and washing machine and dryer

Very quiet and clean development should add more lights around dark parking lot area for safety reasons. I recommend anyone looking for place to live. This is where you want to call home I even told family and friends about it. When they came to visit they were very impress of the development along how the apartment look inside.

It's very nice no problem at this time i would share my experience here It's safe and blessed and comfortable environment. I feel like this is a place you can call home and be safe and blessed the best environment i could be in and involved so if anyone reading this should come and enjoy this place

I’ve been here for three years and I haven’t had any problems UNTIL they decided to put “hardwood floor” in the apartment above me. When I tell you that I can hear everything I mean EVERYTHING. So if you decide to move and the upper unit has hardwood floors please consider getting rugs for a little soundproofing

Relatively quiet and generally clean neighborhood . Mostly polite residents going about their day doing what they do, except for several DOG OWNERS, who are not responsible. Too many residents with dogs who DO NOT PICK UP THEIR DOG'S POOP. ***How do you pick up poop when you're walking your dog from a wheel chair???? It's difficult to talk with anyone about issues of concerns in at the property manager's office. (Leaving messages and emails is more aggravating than efficient. I WISH apartments owners were as diligent about solving the dog problem and other complaints/concerns as they are about going up on the rent every year.

Living at New Forest has been great! Relatively quiet neighborhood with mostly friendly neighbors. There have been some one off residents who disrespect the property and common areas but overall it's been fairly nice.

Quiet neighborhood near several parks and access to several areas that are walkable. Safe environment with friendly neighbors. Extremely close to numerous grocery stores, shopping centers, and quality schools.

Nice and quiet development. Clean and maintenance is kept up with lawn and trash. Highly recommended development for nice living quarters. Plenty of space for parking.

Love, Love, Love! New Forest Apartments and surrounding communities. I love New Forest for always being so prompt and attentive to our needs, repairs completed in a timely manner, professionalism and helpful office staff, maintenance staff top notch, clean outside appearance, upgrades on exterior building and so much more.

I haven't lived in an apartment in YEARS so keep that in mind with the review. It was a very rocky start which almost turned me away. Most of the staff is pleasant but as usual there's some who shouldn't work in customer service. The model shown is not what you get, mismatched appliances etc. Neighborhood is mostly quiet which is awesome & most of the people are cordial and go about their day which is also great. The walls are pretty thin and I hear every little step above me. Ample parking is available. I don't like the littering and the dumpster is usually a mess with trash/furniture all around it. Not sure why people just can't put the trash where it belongs but it looks tacky and probably should be emptied more. Enforce dog owners to pick up after their pets in common areas. Sidewalks could use a little bit more lighting for safety. There really should be more offered at this price. I haven't been here long but keeping hope alive that my total experience will get better :)

The area is ok. But the problem I have is the ground being turned into a lake every time it rains. There is a pool of water at my mailbox every time it rains.

Overall it’s a decent place to live. I would say the actual apartment doesn’t match the price. You can find apartments for the same price with upgrades and more amenities. The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part.

I enjoy living at New Forest Court Apartments. They respond in a timely fashion whenever I make a request. Management is always helpful whenever I have any questions. They keep the appearance of the complex very manicured.

Great customer service, quick timely manner when matience is called. Keeps the grounds clean. Very helpful when asking for things from the office

It has been really good living here, the maintenance team sometimes dont come when you have an issue if its close to closing time but will respond the next day

Overall nice place to live. However, for the price of rent there should be more amenities and quicker response time. Seems money us spent on stupid things like the fences around the dumpsters.

Not sure how rent for a new incoming Tennant can be cheaper than someone who has been here for over 3 years. Bit confusing to me really. Also not sure why rent for an incoming Tennant changes depending on what day they move in. All of the apartments are the same size in this development to the best of my knowledge. So seriously not much should be different at all

Generally a great place to live, we like the area and the apartment, but it’s difficult to get any “larger” appliance replaced if it breaks otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Residents are good and nice to get along with; with the occasional grumpy, nosy, know it all neighbors. Overall, if you’re looking for an apartment to live in, New Forest I feel will be the best place to feel settled.

Over the years not so good, Building walkway very dirty and stairs dirty. Need to replace carpet in all units with wood floors. Dog owners do not clean up poop

Thank you NEW FOREST APARTMENTS. I love my apartment and the wonderful staffs at the Residence Office. Fast and prompt responses for all the maintenance works too.

The maintenance and office staff are both very professional and e experienced. The grounds are very clean and the lawns are maintained regularly. The community is peaceful.

So far, I am really enjoying my experience at New Forest Apartments! The area is quiet and there’s never any noise or commotion during the night. The complex is very clean which means no rodents. I really love it here!

Has been a very quite neighborhood. I see alot of remodeling when residents move. New wood floors and countertops. Overall a nice place to live.

Living here is okay. The area is quiet and the landscape is kept up. Staffing is really nice and professional. Maintenance is subpar. They have pest control come in twice a year for preventative measures. However, the pest control they use are lazy and don’t do anything. Rent increase goes up like $300 every year which is crazy.

New Forest is nice location in Waldorf. It’s off the main highway and pretty quiet. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is good.

Do not move here ! I’ve been living here for a while now , The property manager is never available. Front desk workers be cool until you move then they have attitudes and ignore you

The property isn't very clean and they move pretty slow to get things done. Still waiting on my blinds, the previous tenant was a heavy smoker and I can not get the smell out of the apartment and everything is so stained by the nicotine. On another note Mr. Harley has been awesome! This man has jumped through every hoop needed to get me into a place. He has also been a very strong advocate for me with the department and making sure things were okay for me. He made me feel like more than just a commission check, he takes pride in his customer service and treats his clients as family! Thank you Mr. Harley!!!

St charles apts are very efficient and friendly will fix what's wrong quickly and will always answer the phone when u call.
