Property Ratings at New Drex Crossing
Place looks bad and dirty and there is a lot of crime and people cutting through.
-lots of thieves - people who don’t live there walking through - drug activity - bedbugs - flooded dumpsters - management doesn’t care about tenants - cars getting towed .
Apartments are nice and very spacious. Landlord has an agreement between windstream. They will tell you that you can have whoever you want but when you go to install it they say the apartments turned off their service 2 years ago. If you want decent internet do not move in here.
Close to n. 21st which is a plus. I like that the owners offer TV to their residents for $30 a month. I hate dealing with the TV company , so that was a plus. The office manager Betty was very kind and took time with me during my lease to explain it. I met a mainteanence guy during the lease which was nice . The day I moved in the townhome was in good shape and clean. Im glad I chose New Drex Crossing. Ill be here for a while.
If I base my decision on the one good review, I would have wasted money. Disappointing to say the least. We didn't even bother to get out of the car and just moved on. Units look ran down, near a busy street. Doesn't look like it has been maintained at all. Only gave it one star because I couldn't write a review if I didn't "rate" it.
Townhomes look like cottages. Very clean and super affordable. Grounds were maintained. Office staff are pleasant.
