Have lived here for 8 years and love this building! Clean, modern, well-designed apartments. Best part is the office & maintenance staff. They are all very friendly and helpful, which I have found to be rare in other apartments I've lived in. Maintenance is very responsive & helpful whenever I have any problems, and they keep the common areas clean. Location is excellent, right on Central Avenue and across the street from the police precinct so safety is not a concern. That said, it's now a brand new building so it's not perfect. Minor bug issues from time to time in the summer. Pipes are occasionally an issue, although I'm told it's limited to my X01-X02 stack. Residents are cordial and I've never had any noise problems. In summary, I love this building and have no intention of moving.
