      Excellent cleaning department in a challenging dog friendly community. Excellent cleaners of the BBQ! Need to change BBQ brushes regularly. Elevators break done on a regular basis! Overall I feel safe in the general area.

      Neptune has proven to be the best apartment complex I’ve lived in, bar none. So good in fact that I have convinced several friends to move here. I even gave them personal tours.       Boaters get all the perks--bathrooms in every building--as well as their boat--and get all the amenities--so if you have a boat, it's great, if you don't, well, review the rules before you decide on renting here--you may want to pick somewhere else.

      Beautiful apartment but the walls are thin

      My girlfriend and I have lived here for about 3 months now and the apartments amenities and all good quality. the one major drawback is the walls are so thin for what should be considered a newer building. We've complained to management a few times about the music our upstairs neighbors play but they always say there's nothing they can do until it's past 10. Also if they even run their laundry machine, we can hear it through the ceiling. Overall would not recommend moving here for the price.

      A very nice community. Management is VERY nice and responsive, but just until you sign the lease. I understand there might be issues with the number of available people compared to the umber of residents etc. But come on, you can at least try to tell us that you are VERY busy and replies can be delayed, so we won't be waiting for you.

      Neptune Marina us the best community in MDR The community is beautiful , the amenities are plenty & the staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful . We lived in other communities around the Marina but none can be compared to This .

      Loving my new Marina view @ Neptune

      I moved to Neptune Marina a few months ago, and I am so happy with how clean, modern, and quiet my apartment is. I feel so relaxed and happy every day I wake up to my amazing view. Living in LA the weather is still good to use the pool & hot tub, and the gym has all new equipment so I cancelled my gym membership. In addition to the amazing views & amenities, the entire staff has been amazing since day one. They made my move-in a breeze, and everytime I have a question, I swing by the office and they are always happy to help me. Compared to my last apartment complex, the staff and my neighbors I have met are super friendly, which is refreshing. This place is beautiful & I feel like a live a resort every day.

      Im grateful for Estela and Jeremy. They are the kindest and most compassionate members of the Neptune team. They are always willing to help and have always made me feel like I have someone to speak to if I had any issues. They are dedicated and professional at all times. Also miss Pete K who was the lifestyle manager. He was a go getter and really knew how to make the residents happy.

      Neptune Marina is the most desirable resort style community in Marina Del Rey . Not only the place & amenities are awesome the management & staff are always available & caring .it definitely feels like home .

      Trash

      Forced to pay monthly $142 for valet trash pick up is the worst idea! People leave their trash in front of their unit all day long and some don't tie it up so it stinks and looks bad. Hard to believe we live in an expensive luxury building. Residents are allowed to park their loud muffler vehicles with toxic exhaust fumes. They probably are oblivious to waking up the entire building when they arrive late at night or before dusk.

      I've been at Neptune Marina for 2 years and I appreciate and enjoy the peace and serenity of waterside living along with all the options for an active lifestyle in this beach community. The cleaning crew keeps things looking nice and the maintenance squad is responsive (very impt to me). The views are amazing and the sunsets are incomparable. This..... this is living. I love it here.
