Great place overall. Modern look and feel and the place is basically brand new. Not to mention the amenities are fantastic and my big thing here is the gym (you will not find apartment gyms and amenities like this one). Also the place is very clean inside and the community in general. I give it a 5/5, however, the only drawback is that it’s further away from the city but if your willing to travel 15 minutes it’ll work out well.

Since moving in here at the end of July, and making my decision on Navona in February this has been one of my easiest moves. The team worked with me to secure my spot in the building although it was a stretch and since then they have been nothing but kind and supportive each and every day. The amenities are 5 stars for me and are well maintained as well as a great area to hangout and get to know your neighbors. Navona has been a super friendly and diverse space with great neighbors and i definitely would recommend to anyone looking.

Moving here has been such a great decision! The building is still new, so there aren’t many families yet, and I’m definitely enjoying the peace that comes with that. The location is perfect—I can hop on the freeway in two minutes with no traffic, and shopping is less than 10 minutes away in any direction. This side of Mesa is so out of the way, and that’s exactly the calm I needed. The co-working spaces have been my go-to so far, but I’m excited to start using more of the amenities soon. And I have to shout out the leasing team—Paige set the tone from day one, making my huge family feel welcome during the tour, and her team handled my leasing process seamlessly. They’re always on the move, doing tours and making things happen—I love to see it! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far.
