Pretty terrible
The apartment itself is fine, but the neighborhood is lousy. The maintenance crew only mows the front section that you see from the road. The area behind where people actually live is lucky to get done once a month. I have lived here for over a year now and the flower beds and hedges have never been touched by my unit. Management is terrible when you try to talk to them. Last year they charged me $40 for excess water usage. I called the office to explain I had been on vacation for two weeks, and had a broken washer so I was not part of the increased usage. I was told that it was my responsibility to make sure my neighbors were not using too much water, and to report excessive usage. I wish I was kidding... but I am not. I have twice been the victim of theft. When my car was broken into I tried to tell Curtis, the manager, and he just told me how dumb I was and how the crime was somehow my fault. Anyway, unless you want to live in a terrible place, go somewhere else.
