Property Ratings at Narrows Pointe
The management and staff are really helpful and very responsive. They do their best to keep the community updated as well as the property itself presentable and clean. I will say that parking is a huge issue. Besides that, the apartment itself is spacious and clean.
Horrible place, terrible units for the cost. Stole $200 dollars from me and are sitting on the refund due to their own terrible internal policies. Absolute trash, would not recommend dealing with them.
I can honestly say that this is the worst management team i have ever know. Aside from the manager being condescending and rude, she is not professional at all. You put a request into the office to have a repair done and they never seem to get around to it. I have had the same repairs needing done since i moved in 2 years ago. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The grounds are well kept from curbside view but if you are contemplating on renting i would take a good look around to how the rest of the lawn is kept. We recently had a rent and water/sewer/garbage increase but we don't even have trash receptacles close by most of the buildings. The excuse was the maintenance person was overworked?? if overworked then hire help. With the rent increases they should be able to afford even part-time help. The compacter is constantly overflowing and make sure if you move here that you don't rent an apartment close to the compacter because you will have to live with the smell coming from it on a hot day!
decent apartments, fair pricing. older so has some older building type problems. the management does try hard to keep the area clean and presentable. usually fairly quiet except for the kids playing outside-which is better than them inside on video games. I just have a problem with them not respecting other people and looking in apartment windows or playing and being loud outside of a window-especially when you are trying to sleep. New trash compactor and recycling system which is very very nice. would love to see a small off leash area for the dogs-monitored by the owners of course. the managment is receptive to issues, though not sure everything will ever be perfect with dealing with children.
