Dryer didn’t work for the first two weeks. The staff couldn’t help out. They wanted to charge me 350 dollars for a light in the living room.
I just got here the past week and has been excellent!, we are in love with the gym, pool and nature that is all around, the people in the front they were super nice to us, I 100% recommend this place to live!
I feel very comfortable and safe. I love where I am now. On sunny days I can go to the pool and enjoy the day quietly and I can stay for a long time.
Had a little issue that required us to be transferred to a differ t unit it was easily rectified by the staff. Peace and tranquility exists here at Napa Oaks!
Relocating to a new city is a journey on its own . Glad I had Stephanie supporting us here with Napa at a distance to help find what my family needed. An amazing staff !!
The staff is nice and quick to resolve any resident issues. Property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and is close to everything I need (grocery, restaurants). Highly recommended.
I fell in love with Napa Oaks apartments as soon as I toured it! I applied immediately and the process was super fast and easy! I love my apartment and all the amenities it comes with! The staff are all so sweet and very helpful! I will definitely recommend these apartments to any friend or family!

Best apartments I’ve lived in so far! Aside from having peaceful neighbors, this property has great staff/maintenance and so many nice amenities!
I have loved living here! It is for sure my favorite apartment complex that I have ever lived in, and I have moved around a lot lol the staff if extremely nice and welcoming. I love the events that they host regularly and I always feel safe in this community!.

Office ladies were friendly and willing to work with me, and everything was done fairly fast so that’s what’s up! The apartments are beautiful next to the highway, the lobby is beautiful, the pool is beautiful, and even the restroom in the lobby is beautiful!

Love it here! I won’t move anywhere else. Wish they had a hot tub though! I love the weekly meeting! And gatherings but overall I can’t say anything but good things!
The leasing staff is amazing. They're responsive, kind, helpful and reassuring. Tanya is wonderful and we loved working with her at move in. We signed our lease with Stephanie who is sweet and was willing to dedicate her time to showing us any unit we wanted to see. The maintenance guys are hardworking and nice, Ralph and Brenden work diligently to address any maintenance requests you make. Anything that needed to be addressed by the manager was handled professionally and quickly by Lacie. Overall, it's been a great experience thus far. :-)
The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. The maintenance man are also very nice. I overall enjoy living here. The gym is also very clean along with the clubhouse
The apartment complex staff are very nice and professional. My only complaint is how thin the walls are which allows you to hear everything above you if you’re on the first floor. While the process of lodging a complaint was fairly easy the noise is still annoying to experience, and persistent. The property is well maintained and maintenance handles work orders in a timely manner. The amenities are nice and they are opens 24/7. The clubhouse features special events for foodies like taco night. Overall it’s a great community if your neighbors know how to be respectful and not stomp over your head.
The staff here at Napa Oaks go above and beyond to make sure the residents that reside in Napa Oaks are taking care of and up to date with what is going on in our community.
New apartments with lovely amenities. We can hear I-10 traffic being in building 6 facing the road as well as upstairs neighbors (it’s not all the time just the heavy steps and really loud noises.) Any problems inside the unit were quickly resolved by maintenance. Love the full power flow toilets and how quick the water gets hot. Neighbors so far are following parking rules and haven’t seen any pet waste on my walks to the community area. Spent some time in the community area and met a few neighbors, everyone loves the coffee machine which has been out of coffee for a few days for that same reason. Overall way better experience than other apts I’ve been to.

I’m so happy I live here! I literally feel privileged to live here! Everything is amazing from the office staff to the amenities and even to the maintenance staff! Which isn’t that easy to find these days! Not to mention we feel very safe with the gates and security measures taken for us residents!
Beautiful new complex with amazing finishes. Leasing office employees are always kind and quick to respond to requests. Property is well maintained and gated which is always a plus

Moved from central San Antonio to Boerne and it’s been a pleasant surprise. My apartment is spacious, beautiful, and i the kitchen has so much cabinet space!

Everyone is really friendly, my experience is overall really good! I really like the way they have everything so organized and clean also the valet trash is amazing everytime!
So far everything has been good since we moved in at the beginning of the month. Staff are super friendly and helpful with any concerns that you may have and maintenance is phenomenal and have a great job keeping the community in order.

everyone is very nice and friendly ,clean pool and gym .The view is amazing from the 3 rd floor and parking is very convenient! You cant hear anything from the neighbors as well , definitely a place i call home now !

I feel renting for Napa oaks has been one of the better renting experiences I have ever had in my experiences in renting. The management has been amazing and office staff are beyond helpful.
