Wonderful Apartments

I have been a resident here since 2021 to present, and by far this has been my favorite complex I have lived in! The ladies that run the front office are all super professional and amazing to work with. All my needs were met in a timely manner, and any and all questions were quickly answered. The community itself is quiet and well kept, and allowed for a very peaceful living situation for myself. I would recommend Nantucket Gate to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Good apartments

I've been at Nantucket for 3 years now. Before Deanna the last manager was not friendly, but Deanna come in and changed things for the best. She's very knowledgeable and helps whenever I call her. It's very quiet, no problem with my car being broken into or Mail being stolen. Everyone is friendly even my neighbors. I enjoy the amenities especially the indoor basketball court. The apartments are a good size and updated which I loved. The maintenance Team is great! All of my work orders were complete quickly! I would really recommend Nantucket to anyone.

I called, left voicemails, sent emails, to this place everyday for 2 weeks and never got a single response. If that’s how they treat perspective renters imagine how they treat people already under lease

Renting going on 3 years

We just signed our 3ed contract for 11 months. Though it is true the office does nothing to cause change to excessive noise, they do ask the noise makers to quite down. If they choose not to, you end up with two years of hell as we did with the people above us. We were ready to move, but they put in to move so there is no need now, the new renters just make normal above floor noise. We have been through 6 full sets of office staff since moving here, but we finally have winners. Things are tended to right away now, the dog poo and grounds in general are now well maintained and the staff seem happy to work here and are also pleasant to work with. I find it unfair to charge for pets (family members to the owners) when they have not caused any harm what so ever. The $400-$600 is fair until you check out and they see they have not caused any problems. I walk my dog here and as anyone can tell you here, I clean up after him. There are dog bag disposal cans around here, but no bags, so I get my 6 Pk at the dollar store. My dog, my cost. The rules are somewhat loose, as long as no one complains. I find this fair since many rules are just plain intrusive to ones rights as a renter, not a prisoner. I found that the go to word "Corporate" was a code name for "You are being ignored", but that is no longer the case. The carpet cleaners are worthless here, and cause more problems then they start out with. so suggest you do your own. Cheaper isn't always better corporate. I would and have recommended Nantucket Gate now that the staff has been upgraded to people who know what they are doing and are getting it done. The garbage can has also been upgraded to a huge compactor with automatic compact when door it closed properly, so does not fill up like it use to before pickup. The lawn and plants are well kept up and trimmed, with leaf blowers after word. The roof and siding were cleaned this last summer. Our broke Microwave was replaced on the run (they got backed up after the snow)with one not much better, but I will be letting them know it isn't much better and have it replaced. Compared to when we moved in, this is 100 times better.

Do NOT move here!

Don’t fall for the lies they feed you. First off, Luxurious is not a word I would use to describe this mess of an apartment complex. Parking is horrible and never once got better in the nine months I lived there. Some residents have 3 cars that NEVER move. The trash area is ALWAYS a mess and there is dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere. When we did the walk through, the apartment was a mess and not up to date, the carpet had cigarette burns, the shower had hair and the counter tops were damaged by the prior resident. We were told these things would be fixed before our move in date. Upon the move in date, NONE of these issues were resolved. We spent the first two months sending a few dozen work orders. I.E. all three sinks were leaking, broken panels on the blinds (which were never fixed), the cigarette burns, mossy patio, broken fridge (we had a broken fridge from the time we moved in on July of 2017 until we moved out in April of 2018. They replaced the broken fridge with another broken fridge) and many other issues. The repair guys take their time showing up and fixing things..The repair guys were ALWAYS complaining about the new manager Julie and that’s if they showed up. It took them over three weeks to fix the leak in my bathroom. During those three weeks I was unable to use my entire bathroom. We had MULTIPLE issues with our neighbors due to a domestic violence issue. The office would do nothing. We ended up calling pierce country and had them come out a few times due to the escalation. Management again turned a blind eye to the issues. This place is also very high theft despite the “cameras and gates”. Also, never expect the office to be helpful in anything! They forget that we actually LIVE there. They are rude, short, and want nothing to do with you. They also change their story all the time, so please do not expect them to be truthful the first, second or even the third time. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

Nantucket Gate

Moving in shortly, this apartment complex seems amazing. The amenities are just killer, the community seems great, management is on top of it, and the apartments are all well-kept and neat.

New Renters

I finally moved out of my parent's place and I am moving in with my boyfriend into our very first apartment together. We are moving in on October 10th 2015 and we're really excited about it. We choose this apartment because of the neighborhood, other good reviews and the amenities! They have a game room, business center, pool, spa, sauna, a gym, and an indoor basketball court. Plus the apartment comes with a Washer and dryer! They also have a flat rate utility bill which makes budgeting because we always know how much we have to pay. They also allow us to have our cute little dog with us. This place is perfect!

Nantucket Gate

These apartments are by far one of the best apartments i have stayed in. Amazing restaurants and the mall near by, makes everything easier to get to. If you enjoy the outdoors the national park is minutes away with amazing lakes near by.
