I moved in last month and so far I really like it. I got one of the new apartments that was just redone. They are letting me split my rent up each month which is cool. That helps me with my other bills. Big reason I picked this place.
I recently moved into the newly converted apartment building that used to be a hotel, and overall, I’m really pleased with the experience so far. The renovations have given the place a fresh, modern look while still retaining some of the charm and character from its hotel days. The units are well-designed—compact but efficient, with updated appliances, new flooring, and stylish finishes. I also appreciate the added conveniences like in-unit laundry and secure entry. The building offers a few nice extras too, like a poll and lounge area that still has a boutique hotel vibe. Overall, it’s a unique and comfortable place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, modern apartment with a bit of history and character.

I lived here for a while and I just moved to my new apartment and I would not want to live anywhere else. The price is good and it is close to the bus stop.
I recently moved into a studio apartment here I love it!!!!!! I choose a furnished unit came fully equipped with everything I need the staff is friendly and helpful....everything is newly renovated the best part about it is i have only one bill everything is included
I have lived here and moved to the new renovated apartment and it is great. I have a new kitchen and flooring. I am glad I stayed during construction and moved to a new apartment. Quilla is great to.
