cheaply made everything. paper thin walls that you can hear your neighbors every move.. anyone who closes a door in the building shakes the entire building. pipes pump dirty water that stain everything. NO AMENITIES ! NO SECURTIY. front door to building rarely works and will mostly be propped open by a traffic cone which allows the vast amount of crackheads living in vans out front to steal your deliveries.... oh yeah, tons of homeless living on the block urinating on the sidewalk.
