Have no idea what happened but seems like the lady I talked to on phone is angry and rude, she said she did not understand why I call when I ask about details of the unit I am interested in, like view, availability. Of course I am calling for the apartment leasing, hard to understand? Very rude and unrespectful.
I must admit it was initially difficult to reach out to the building to get more information regarding how co-living would work. However, once I got connected with Ohndrea, she was accommodating! Some of the other apartments I toured made me feel as if I was bothering them, or seeing multiple apartments in one day was annoying. Ohndrea was eager to help me find a suitable apartment, even if it meant showing me various availabilities. I have now lived in the apartment for a few weeks. I waited for a while before posting a review because I wanted to see if the staff would change their friendly attitude after I moved into the apartment. I am happy to say I am wrong! Even after moving into the building, I still receive excellent care, especially from the manager, Ashley. Ashley is obviously super busy running a million things simultaneously, but when I go to her with a question or problem, she stops what she is doing to ensure that I feel heard. The service here is not superficial, and it's excellent!
I’ve been at MV by CLG for a good minute and I’ve never had an issue. My building management has been so much better and I have absolutely 0 complaints. If you work with CLG, Ashley is the absolute best and most incredible building manager I HAVE EVER HAD. Definitely not leaving CLG anytime soon.
Ashley is amazing!! She took care of me from day one and showed me the property. She gave me details for the application process and made me feel very welcome here at this property. Anytime I have any issue, she is always there to help resolve. They host events for the tenants and do such a good job with these, from the food to the decor and prep work! They also have a very helpful team that takes care of the common grounds and anything within my apartment.
Lovely community with great rooms and amenities. Ashley was particularly helpful during my move in!
I was looking to move to Culver City in a very short time span. MV by CLG made the tour, approval, and move-in process very quick and easy. Everyone who works here is amazing and super nice! All of my maintenance requests get filled asap. I live in CoLiving and have had no issues whatsoever. The shared supplies are a lifesaver. The rooftop also has a great view of the area! Overall perfect place to live!
