I like living here For the past 2 years that I’ve been here it’s been a good place to live I really like the roommate I got pair up with and honestly it’s the most affordable place in Wichita especially while I was in school.

Excellent Yeah getting a replacement fridge was great but I wish they listened to me in January when I first made the complaint instead of papering over the cracks and offering just a quick fix that really didn't fix anything. The past 5-6 months has been a terrible waste of my food, groceries and money. A compensation would be nice!

No complaints. You get what you pay for and a little more. All bills paid and there’s a bus that comes to the apartment complex that takes you to Walmart for groceries and both universities

Please don’t move here! I lived here for 3.5 years & never had any major issues until David became the property manager. It has been over 5 MONTHS since I moved out due to some serious management issues (changed locks on my doors & never told me or left me a key or anything, came into my apt through my 2nd story window & switched the torn window screen so I wouldn’t know but the manager slipped up & accidentally told me, psycho roommate who stole my medication & much more.) They let me out of my lease to save their butts when they knew they messed up. You would think I could finally be free of this place but NO. The manager, David, refuses to give me money he owes me after I paid the full month of December 2017 & moved out on the 18th. He owes me the rest of the month. Every time I would call up there to speak to him, he “wasn’t there.” & everytime I go up there, he’s magically “in a meeting.” So I went over his head to his boss, Mike (regional manager), & he even told David in an email to him & I to get me my money. Have I seen one cent? Nope. I’ve emailed twice since then to check the status & of course, no reply. GIVE. ME. MY. MONEY. Just take one look at Wichita Falls Buy, Sell, Trade Facebook pages & you will see TONS & TONS of people trying desperately to get out of their lease at Mustang Village. Terrible management is driving everyone away.
Pretty legit place. Own room and bathroom. Fully furnished. All bills paid. Can't complain. Perfect for college students!
