Property Ratings at Windsor Mustang Park
This place is horrible. It has very cheap used appliances. It looks new on the outside and fresh white paint in the inside but very outdated nonfunctional appliances. Neighbors are loud, obnoxiously disruptive at 12, 1,2,3,4,5,6, in the morning holding parties without any regard. They also shoot guns in the air, steal bikes, and packages from doors, and the office all they say when something is reported’this is the first time we are hearing this ‘ when I know in fact multiple tenants are complaining about the same thing . No surveillance is provided, despite the multiple videos and proof I have of people doing things that they should be kicked out for, they still remain here still creating chaos in the community. Please do not move here if being able to rest and sleep quietly is one of your things. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived at not to mention the rent is super expensive for what they provide the gate they tell every future tenant they are repairing it. I’ve been here 8 months and nothing. Another tenant told me she’s been here 3 years and nothing….

We enjoy living here. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. It is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The pool and bbq area are landscaped nicely. Management has community events and once a month a food truck visits. Response time for maintenance is quickly.

Lived here three years. Peaceful & have felt safe… important to me. Beautiful Apts… Office people friendly… helpful…& wonderful. Only thing Trash area is messy at least once or twice a week. It is a very large community for ONE trash compactor! It has been the same messy Trash area for THREE years. Other than that… I am very happy here! Thank you!

They were very flexible with the move in process! I had a weird situation traveling/moving from out of state over the holidays and they worked with me to ensure I could access my apartment on the day I arrived, which was a holiday where the office was closed! They were very quick with my WO requests for small issues that I noticed when I moved in. Overall a great experience!

The Maintenance staff is great. I submitted a work order and they came out within 24-48 hours later. The work was performed and they fixed everything that was noted. The only complaint I have is they could’ve cleaned up after themselves a little better. The office staff on the other hand doesn’t return phone calls or emails. I still have an open issue from October that no one has tried to reach back out to me on. I gave up and said it is what it is!!

Windsor Mustand Park has pluses and minuses. I like the community and they do try to respond when contacted and that's definitely good. I wish they still had the apt to rent out when family came into town and I wish the club house was available to rent after hours but as far as everyday living and response time they are a 6 .

Property is dated but staff and management has kept things looking up to par. The location can't be beat. There are so many amenities within the area.
Upon moving into our unit, we realized that our apartment was not what was previously shown to us or what was advertised on the website. We notified the leasing team about this and they were willing to accommodate our unit change. However, it took almost a month and multiple follow ups and calls to get everything for the new unit (lease, transfer of payment, keys/fobs) to get corrected. We would call and go into the office about these issues and were assured they would be taken care of in a certain amount of time, but that was never the case. Now that everything has been taken care of, living here has been good. Maintenance is very quick and nice.
the apartment itself is good, the only real complaint is we can hear everything above us as the floors/walls must be very thin. when the apartment above us flushes/showers/turns on water it is VERY loud in our bedroom wall. other than that, the apartment is spacious, the appliances are nice, and people are friendly.
Moving into Windsor Mustang Park was such an enjoyable experience. The staff were so friendly and informative that we wanted to move in as soon as we saw the apartment.
I lived in college housing for the last 4 years with so many issues. Moving here, I was immediately on the defense worried that something could go wrong but I have been proven otherwise 1000x. I love living here, I feel safe, and I am very happy with everything.
I had some issues with move in, my original lease date was moved back a week and I was only give 4 days awareness ahead of time that my move in had to be delayed. This was eventually figured out and we aligned on a garage for the year without charge, which I do feel makes up for the massive inconvenience of the delay. The building itself is a bit unkempt, for about a month there was the most foul rotting garbage smell in the hall and there is various pieces of equipment or broken appliances in the hallway. I also didn't have a washer/dryer installed in my unit for several days after I eventually moved in, and the shower spout broke immediately upon move in and the maintenance request to fix was fulfilled several days later. Other than all of this, though, the leasing and maintenance staff here is really nice and easy to work with. The amenities are excellent and the community feels safe.

I've lived at this complex for 14 1/2 years (since their opening in 2008. No complaints. Enjoyable experience during my stay. Any issues are addressed promptly.
The management need training. They lie to people. suppose to be gated community but the gates have not worked for months. Suppose to be a reno apt but everything is cheap crap low quality. Not worthy the high rent. Hallways have stinking trash and bird crap. Stinking dog poop in the grass. No public transport. nothing in walking distance no places to shop or dine

Windsor Mustang Park used to be a good property. But the quality of living has drastically changed and the rent is too high. I have been living here for over five years and it has significantly declined. Much improvement is needed.

Windsor Mustang Park is a very nice location. We love having an attached garage and Townhouse style home. The apartment ground are well lite and makes you feel safe outside. We have enjoyed our new home.
We are really enjoying living at Windsor Mustang apartments. It is very quiet and we have a beautiful view of the lake.
I loved living here the first year. But between no being able to park and all the pot smell it’s really hard to recommend anyone to live here.

I was moving from Florida and I needed a place really bad/fast for my new job so for the money and the location it wasn’t a bad move. The “renovated” apartment is really only half way renovated. Your floor, kitchen sink, dishwasher and oven are new. As far as your other appliances like your microwave, washer/dryer, refrigerator, toilet, and shower are all old and some of mine are busted up but they all work. You do get a new shower head though but the shower itself just looks dated. The worst thing about this place is the trash pickup. You have to pay $25 a month for it BUT if the trash is to heavy for them, bag isn’t doubled tied, or you have more than 2 bags of trash they just won’t take it. Best thing about the place is the Maintenance Department in my opinion. There were so many small issues with my apartment when I first arrived like my refrigerator was leaking, dryer wasn’t hooked up, I couldn’t close my bedroom door, etc. They had everything fixed within 3 days and it only took that long because it was Labor Day weekend when I moved in. In my honest opinion living in this community wasn’t a bad choice, I do like my place, and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a decent place for the price.
Windsor uses the term "Luxury" in their promotion of their properties, be advised that they obviously do not know the definition of the word luxury! False advertisement at it's finest. The windows are old, not energy efficient and do not seal or lock, screens are ripped and damaged, all 3 exterior door weatherstripping is old and brittle - decayed and damaged causing loss of air (high electric use), all interior doors have paint globs and the hinges were painted which resulted in the doors sticking and some won't close, the walls & ceilings & floors are thin - no noise reduction insulation so you hear all your neighbors constantly, and there are numerous ares throughout the 1300 sq ft where the floor is uneven and dips. Poor craftsmanship and shoddy - cheap "renovations" are NOT luxurious!

Windsor mustang park is the perfect complex. Great location, great staff, quick maintenance response, lovely pool and clean area.
Mustang Park is one of the nicest places in the area. I looked at other apartments in the same price range and they were not nearly as clean, well maintained and centralized. The leasing managers are super sweet and always willing to help out! Maintenance team is super helpful as well despite being backed up lately. I can do nothing but recommend Mustang Park!
I have lived here for about 2.5 months and so far everything has been great. The maintenance staff has been really on top of anything I needed after move in and the staff has been super friendly and communicative of anything going on in the community.
Love the location. Want to see the property spray washed and cleaned frequently
