Museum Place

I have lived here very briefly now but only great things to say. All amenities are kept very clean and fellow residents are friendly giving a community feel !

The apartment is very clean and has nice amenities. It feels very safe overall. Nice size parking structure. The gym is a little small but gets the job done.

I love living at museum place! It is such a great, centrally located community with access to everything downtown has to offer. I definitely recommend living here to anybody looking for the downtown lifestyle.

Building and community have been great. We have been here a long time for a reason. Each apt has alota space and the staff are very helpful.

feel feels like a hotel, people are super nice and the maintenance is fast, the latte machine is my favorite part and the convince of being on top of a safeway is pretty handy, I was worried about homeless people when moving here because downtown Portland has them everywhere but there is security here and I've never had a problem, parking garage inside of a parking garage that is gated off from the rest. It is also nice. You never have to worry about your car getting broken into.

Right in the heart of Downtown Portland, Museum Place is a great place to live the city life. It's a retreat from the busy streets with a beautiful view of the city, and close to any store, transportation, and experience you could possibly need.

Museum Place is the perfect living spot nestled in the Cultural District of downtown. Located above a grocery store, with public transit available on all blocks, and a very peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend Museum Place to anyone!

Museum Place is a "GREAT" place to live! Location is "EXCELLENT". The building is very clean and maintenance is "SUPERB". Lots of activities are provided. ( Because I value my privacy, I don't participate ) but it's "WONDERFUL" that it is offered! The office staff and maintenance people are friendly and helpful.

I've been living here over a year and absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I feel safe and comfortable here and I would highly recommend!

The apartment complex is always very clean and well maintained. I haven’t had any issues living here at all. They are always quick to help when anything goes wrong.

Great atmosphere, nice residents, clean building, quiet peaceful living. Really nice and helpful leasing agents, especially MacKenzie. Package deliveries easy. Safeway in basement super convenient.

Very beautiful place to live in the heart of downtown. Right above Safeway, so a big save from bad weather. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all issues you may have in apartment.

I have lived here since 2011 and plan to stay, unless quality of services we currently have when it comes to cleaning, maintenance and security start to decline. The areas surrounding the building are out of the building's control, and not great, nevertheless, the convenience and our hired security service make this place hard to beat.

Great community to live in, love the Community Manager MacKenzie and they plan awesome events too! The spot is very convenient for downtown exploration.

Sense of living here I've been nothing but satisfied with the total experience from the cleanliness of the building the cleaners of the parking garage the courtesy of the staff and the Swift response to any maintenance request connect for a better place to live.

I have been here since Winter of 2021 and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The architecture, fixtures, and materials used to build the apartment is high quality. Having access to the sky lounge, community room, and gym has all been wonderful perks. The apartment is always kept very clean, and any maintenance request I have are met with efficiency and urgency. The staff are friendly, personable, and always helpful. I love this apartment.

Just moved back into Museum Place after being gone a year. I lived here for 7 years before and couldn't wait to come back! Would highly recommend MP to anyone looking to live downtown.

I been living at museum for over 5 years I enjoy living at museum place the emynity maintenance office stuff they are very helpful the good thing there's Safeway down below and it opens late so you can do you shopping get coffee because they have Starbucks inside the store.

The front office is failing to get to me the revised lease renewal. It's been 3 weeks I've been asking for the paperwork to sign. 2nd failing, it's been over TWO MONTHS that the kitchen cabinet doors were damaged by the sink overflowing due to another units cloged drains and removed for repair. I'm still waiting.

The staff go above and beyond. Especially when in dire need of understanding. I love that I can live in a community where we look our for one another.

I like the apartment. The only complaint would be that the walls are a little thin. And especially at night, you can sometimes hear people in the hallway or the neighbors. It's not very loud, but it is distinct.

Living here at Museum place apartments has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here are all about the residents it's always safe clean and I don't ever expect to leave much more than I thought when I moved in and I'm going on my second year I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe secure convenient place to live

The inside of the community has gotten nicer since the new management / maintenance addition. Sadly the neighborhood itself doesn’t make you want to stay with all the homeless activity

Good community, nice amenities, rents pretty high considering how dangerous it it outside and how often the appliances break due to quality tho.

Very nice place to stay at. Although the Safeway on first floor can be a problem, the building itself is very secure and security guards patrol regularly.

Museum Place is like it's own little neighborhood in the middle of the city. I've really enjoyed living here and the staff is amazing. The maintenance team is very responsive and the front office is always ready to greet everyone with a smile. The community events have been fun too! I've never lived in an apartment complex like this.

The area around the building sucks, I wish there’s something that could be done. I used to live facing 11 st and it was the worst year of my life, I could hear screaming people, arguing , shootings , Safeway trucks… horrible all along. I moved to an apt facing the inside of the building and it’s like night and day. I am finally “enjoying” my time here. The area around the building still sucks but at least the sounds are less scary.

I absolutely love living here, I have said it for the last three years and continue to enjoy my stay at Museum Place. The current management team / on site staff are wonderful and a lot of the residents here are all sort of of one big family that have lived here awhile. I look forward to going into 2025 here!

It's been only 1 month we are staying here. So far so good. But I must say, MacKenzie is a person from the lease office who made our move very swift and easy. The home was also properly cleaned and all the appliances were in good condition. So, I am so far happy with my home other than the outside environment. There are many homeless people all over the place.

Cleanliness of the lobby and floors, gym and meeting room. Friendly office staff, maintenance guys and cleaning people. Like the heads up with messages. Am a private person and the building is very safe and secure.

I'm very pleased with the maintenence service here. My AC wasn't up to snuff and they replaced it with a new one. It works great. It took them less than an hour for the job.

Worst experience ever! I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out on April 2nd about an apartment that was coming available on June 6th. I was very interested and let the staff know I wanted the apartment pending a tour. The front office told me they do not schedule showings while apartments are occupied and they had no pictures of the specific unit so I scheduled a tour for 6/6. They let me know I could hold the apartment but I would have to apply and sign a lease sight unseen, which is crazy. The front office told me they would reach out if anyone else showed interest in the same apartment. Fast forward to today, 05/22. The unit is no longer listed online so I reached out to confirm that was a mistake. Turns out they ended up renting the apartment and never reached out to let me know. When I followed up to ask how it happened they made excuses and put the blame back on me for not applying without seeing the home. This is now the second time this apartment complex has done this. Save yourself the heartache and don’t waste time or money trying to live here.

Museum Place is not in a "cultural district" as advertised. It is in a drug-infested area which is unsafe to go outside, to go to neighborhood restaurants and shops that remain, and to shop at Safeway. The noise is very disturbing 24/7 with no one to address the issues caused by "street people" and "not homeless people" looking to survive in an expensive city.

The paperwork process for my situation was kind of insane but the staff were very helpful throughout the stressful process. As soon as the paperwork went through (for the fourth time) everything else has been a breeze. I love the building and the amazing location, it's the perfect spot as someone who doesn't have a car. the apartments have insanely wonderful natural light, which is a refreshing change to many other buildings i toured. I am in a studio and it isn't cramped, i've completely moved in everything from my old one bedroom apartment and i have room to spare. the in-unit laundry machines are a bit puzzling to figure out at first but a godsend once i figured it out. the elevators are safe and spacious, the staff is always ready to help, and im really in love with this building. the community seems cute, im a bit of a hermit myself but everyone is very nice, so if that's something you're into you'll find a welcoming group here. incredibly happy with the wonderful space.

The building is immaculate maintained. The outside courtyard is peaceful and beautiful. The office ladies and maintenance staff are friendly and professional.

Living at Mueseum Place is the feeling of being home before even moving in. With a leasing staff like no other and amenities one could only dream of, living at Mueseum Place is like a dream.

Not a bad place. Beautiful layouts. I wouldn't say it's in the safest neighborhood, but it certainly feels safe once you come inside the door :)

The management team is the best we have had in the fourteen years I have lived at Museum Place. Extremely professional and respectful of all the tenants.

The staff and the building are good. The neighborhood is in decline, and there is a strange, unpleasant odor outside of the building in the mornings.

Museum Place has been the best place we've lived because of how consistently friendly, helpful and quick the team is. They're also great at communicating with the residents, regarding service, follow-ups, etc.
